How to add new user when user is in invitation list
When I am going to add a new user the message is showing that the user is invited already. So please let me know how to add that user successfully

Autofill on Email Pop up no longer works
Hi, With the old version of Zoho, Google Chrome was able to autofill email address on the email template when sending from a record, which helped a lot. With the new version that feature doesn't seem available anymore. Is there a work around or a fix coming for that?

Zoho mail disappearing in Outlook set up with Exchange ActiveSync
This morning, my Zoho Mail inbox in Outlook 2016 on a Windows 10 PC emptied out. New incoming emails show. I deleted the .ost file. The emails populated, then disappeared. All emails are there when I log into Zoho Mail via a browser. What's up? Is this a known issue, or my problem only? How can I fix it?

Deal Stage List not Updated in Lead Conversion Window
I have updated the deal stages and corresponding probabilities. When I convert a lead and choose to create a deal, the stage options still include the old/original stages along with my new ones even though the Stage-Probability Mapping setup only includes the ones I want. Is there something else I need to update?

Zoho Desk and Zoho CRM Account and Contact data duplication
We use Zoho Desk for tracking of customer support tickets. Within Zoho desk we have existing customer Accounts and their associated Contacts (customer names). We also use Zoho CRM for Sales and Marketing. Within the CRM we have our existing customer Accounts and Names as well as prospective/Leads. Unable to sign up for new business account
I used the domain statusimpex.in for Zoho business mail free account. On the screen where I was supposed to verify the OTP, it prompted me a server error. Now I am unable to sign up since it shows that domain is already in the system and when I try to recover password it says no primary number is attached to the domain. I have been trying to integrate Zoho CRM with Hubspot (using Zapier) so that when I create a lead or contact in Zoho CRM, it results in a new contact being created in HubSpot. Zoho CRM
I have four new columns I have to populate within records that already exist. Right now, in Zoho CRM, I am using the sheet view to update 100 records at a time by copy/paste from my Excel into Zoho sheets. For 50,000+ records this is highly inefficient and costs me a lot of time. I will frequently have to update these four fields plus others as new data comes to me and right now I am stuck doing this task in the manner explained above. I am a new Zoho CRM user, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Lead/Contacts for Manager/Subordinate conflicts

I have a field on accounts called Last Visited. I have a field in Tasks called 'Sales Task' which is a pick list. I want to automatically update the Last Visited field on Accounts with the Due Date from Tasks when the Sales Task= 'Office Visit' and Status = 'Completed'.

Not receiving copy of email
I created a merged document through Zoho CRM. In step 3, I selected Merged to New/Distribute/Email to email the merged document. On the Email as Attachment screen, I entered information in the To, Subject and Message fields then selected the "Send a copy to me" checkbox. I clicked Send and received a message at the top of the screen stating the message was sent. I never received a copy of the email so I am not sure if the recipient actually received the email. When invoicing from projects, user should have the ability to select the currency for the Rate being entered. I'm sure a lot of users would find this helpful, mainly when you want to integrate with Zoho Books, where you have a default currency, that's not always same currency you use for invoicing your clients.
