We have been using Zohomail server. But from yesterday, getting the below erorr. Can you please suggest - what we can do to fix this. {"result":"fail","region":"SMTP Error: data not accepted."} Appreciate your help to resolve this issue.

Yesterday I created a Zoho account and added my own domain (http://ihd-fs.co.il). However, I tried today config user on it but no successful. I've recreated my account and I am now unable to add my own domain again to Zoho Mail. The error is This Domain is not supported or is already registered with Zoho However, I deleted my old account, so I would like to be able to reuse this domain. Could you please remove the domain from the Zoho system so I can recreate my account using my own domain. Thank

javascript error with signup form
I've embedded a signup form on my website, but when the page loads I get a js error that says "undefined is not a function". The signup form itself loads and works, but the error prevents other js from running on the page (slideshows do not load).
Admin Question
Is there no way for an admin to see all Enterprise secrets and chambers? I was not expecting to be able to see personal secrets and chambers, but I was expecting to be able to see all enterprise ones. I don't want to have to "acquire" them to see them, I want them to show up automatically, by virtue of being a super admin, the same way a folder structure on a server would show up for an admin. Page campaigns keeps in draft and is not published
Hi, I am new to Zoho and i am experimenting with Zoho CRM+. I like to schedule a page campaign but when i follow the steps in the userguide the page campaign is just saved as a draft. I already activated a tab in our Facebook page and it is visible but the page campaign is not published so vistors can see it. I use the steps to create the page campaign and select our Facebook page but in the last page (see screenshot attachment) the page campaign is saved as a draft. How can i activate the page

Sync with Zoho CRM
First I setup one way sync of Accounts/Contacts from Zoho CRM to Zoho Desk and contacts were not coming over. Then I deleted the integration and tried the two-way and cant get that to work either. There is no indication of an error. I'd really like one-way send of Accounts/Contacts from CRM to Desk. What might I be doing wrong?
Cannot access tickets
Hello, Starting about an hour ago, I cannot access anything on my Zoho Desk account except the default ticket list. Every time I click on something (open a ticket, try to access the dashboard) it seems to try to log me in again (I briefly see the Zoho login screen in the main area), then realises I'm logged in, bounces between accessing accounts.zoho.com and support.j5int.com (which is our redirect for our Zoho Desk account), then finally loads the default ticket view again. Sharing my calendar with a non-Zoho user
I'm trying to share my calendar with somebody who is not a Zoho user. This help page says: "This need not be a Zoho email address." However, when I shared my calendar with somebody with a non-Zoho email address, the person replied stating they could not view my calendar because they don't have a Zoho account. Are they doing something wrong? If not, how do I share my calendar with somebody outside Zoho without requiring them to obtain an account? Thanks...
[Security concern] Don't show if a username exists
Hi, It would be much better from a security perspective if you won't show if a username doesn't exist. By confirming that an account does not exist, it is implied that when the message is not shown the account, does exist. This creates opportunities for hackers to brute force and find all possible e-mail-addresses that exist on the Zoho servers. It is unnecessary to show if an account exists or not. I would like the users to be able to search for all 'Services' beginning with letter 'C' in the user filter, which in the above example should return 'Consumer Services' and 'Computer Services'. Stucked in new zoho business mail setup
Hi, When creating a new zoho mail to my company, I am now asked to enter a valid phone number. I put the number, but that number is not available for SMS, so... when proceeding to the next page, I cannot verify the code and I cannot turn back to change the number. Unfortunately I went back in the browser and lost that page. Trying to setup again I receive the info that my domain is already in use. Recently created an email account using my domain (powerplayconsultingllc.com). I am able to send email but am not receiving email. How do I control column display in a subform?
My subform was created as part of the main form - i.e., it does not appear in the Dashboard as a separate report. When displayed inside the main form, it's displaying every column in the underlying form, and I don't want that. How can I control the columns displayed in an embedded subform? I can't see a way.

When setting up zoho.eu mail for a domain, cpanel 'Domain Setup' incorrectly lists the hosts as 'imappro.zoho.com' and 'smtp.zoho.com'. This should be 'imappro.zoho.eu' and 'smpt.zoho.eu'. I tested these settings in K9-mail for android and it works fine.
