Can a user/mailbox be set up so that multiple email addresses point to one address?
Hello, I am using a free account and would like to use my 10th and last user be set up so that 3 different email addresses direct mail to the same inbox. Is that possible? For example, I'd like 1@zh.com, 2@zh.com, and 3@zh.com all point to 4@zh.com. 1, 2, 3 doesn't really need full functionality of a user mailbox (doesn't need to send or any of the apps) but 4 does and would handle correspondence for 1,2 and 3. Is that possible? Or would 1, 2 and 3 all need to be separate users? Thanks!

Hola, se creo una cuenta y al agregar un usuario (Con el mismo dominio), el sistema no lo crea, lo mueve inmediatamente a invitados diciendo que la cuenta ya existe, y que debe aceptar la invitación.. La cuenta que se esta creando no existe, si se va a entrar a la cuenta, dice que se debe activar, por medio de un link, no deja recordar contraseña, ni acceder.

I got a free zoho business email for my domain obtained through GoDaddy. I signed up to Zoho via Facebook which created another Godaddy account. I could not verify the domain name because it did not exist in the new Godaddy account and have since deactivated that account and deleted the association with facebook. I think I also deleted the "business" from Zoho but my website is still unavailable. Can you help me please?

How can I include graphics in Record Templates
Hi I have a report that shows company information along with revenues. To improve the look of the report I have created a record template. This works well for formatting text. However, I would like to create a graph or graphics to represent the revenue. I cannot find out how to do the following: 1. A Graph showing the last three years turnover 2. How to resolve the Error "Inactive User, Code is 4813" in zoho CRM?
Hi, I am working on Zoho CRM and currently working on workflows/Deluge script to get some tasks done. Here in a custom-function, I am getting error of "Inactive user, code is 4813", I am not getting the idea of this error. I think It is showing that the logged-in user is not active user. How to match bank transaction to advance payment I made?
After I create the advance payment (vendor credits), and the payment transaction will show on next day's bank import statement. How can I match the bank payment with the vendor credits in ZOHO? When I do the match, the vendor credits will not show up on the possible match or through search criteria. So, do I have to use categorize manually?

Requiring secrets to be created before creating a chamber
Why can't a user or admin create empty chambers, and then start creating and adding secrets to them as needed? Let's suppose you are setting up a new file directory for employees to use? What's the first thing you do? You create your folder structure FIRST! Then your employees start putting files in those folders. That's exactly what I want to with chambers, and then have employees start to add secrets to those chambers. As a workaround I am creating a dummy password to add to newly created chambers

Look Up Current URL in Workflow Automation
I have created a URL field in my reports for the URL of the current project. I need this so I have a link in Advanced CRM directly back to the original project. So I've made a workflow automation that will fill in that field when the project is created. Now I just need to know how to use the current URL to fill in that URL field.

I've asked support to unblock it, but nothing has happened. I had to email from a private gmail account because I couldn't even email them to unblock. I'm unable to work and this was a spammer... not my fault. I've changed passwords and enabled two factor authentication, but i'm still unable to unblock.

Hello, I set up a new account to test how zoho works for a solution going forward for a company email. I'm stuck already though. I've set up the account with two users, enabled IMAP for both. Hi Team zohobooks I want to know how I can give the change to my customers in the billing area if I make a sale and when registering the payment and I put a value higher than that in the total of the invoice he does not accept.
