How do I user Internet Explorer with Zoho Vault?
Worls great with Chrome, but I believe that is because of the plugin. Where is the Internet Explorer Plugin (11.00)? If there is no Internet Explorer Plugin, how can I make it work with Internet Explorer? The very first thing I asked before my trial was "Can I use this product without any need for any .exe files?". I was told yes, but techinically the Chrome Plugin is an .exe file. I'm looking at a true, .exe free, password online password management solution. The 2 main browsers our company encounter
Unable to receive email despite setting proper MX records
(ISSUE RESOLVED) Hi, I setup my domain *********.in with Zoho mail. I am able to send mails but unable to receive them. SMS integration with Zoho Ceator - suggestions?
I have multiple employees I need to send reminders, notices to en masse. Sometimes I will want to group these employees into categories and only send to those select categories. I thought ZC would be a nice way to add their info or allow them even to edit their own info. My employees tend to have mobile companies like Simple Mobile, Boost, MetroPCS... ideally I would prefer a service that doesn't require knowing the mobile provider. I know several SMS services work with ZC - do you have any suggestion?
Company AND contact name for BILL TO?
Hi there Why do we only get an option in the invoice template to BILL TO a company OR contact name? And not both? I want to sometimes sync my Zoho CRM contacts to a company and invoice to the company. And sometimes I work with a single person with NO company, and want to invoice the person. It seems that if I sync Zoho CRM to Contacts, then I can't use a company name on the invoice. or if I sync Accounts and Their Contacts to Zoho CRM, then I can't add a single company-less person to an invoice.
Emails not synchronising between Mac Mail and zoho mail online when using IMAP
Hello I have my zoho mail set up on my Macbook Pro. When I delete emails, or file them into folders using Mac Mail, the changes do not reflect online. Mac Mail shows 29 emails in my inbox, but there are over 70 when I log in online. I am connecting using IMAP. I just deleted the mailbox on my Mac and re-added it (again, using IMAP) as a new mailbox. It synchronised my emails and correctly showed 29 emails in my inbox. Yet online, there are still over 70. Hi, Recently created an email account using my domain (asia-cap.com) with godaddy.com. I am able to send email but am not receiving any emails. Have done the correct changes in MX records & also sent you an email on your support email ID. (BTW, is there any .DOT to be given after mx.zoho.com.?) Hi there I have a form with subform setup. On the subform I have dropdown field - i want to enable or disable another field on the subform based on what value is chosen on the dropdown field - is this possible? How to include multiple projects on one invoice?
I have a $20 subscription to Zoho PROJECTS. I have a free subscription to Zoho INVOICES. From within PROJECTS I have activated the Zoho INVOICES integration so that I can easily create invoices for the work I do in PROJECTS without having to leave PROJECTS and launch INVOICES. THE PROBLEM The only way I can create an invoice in PROJECTS is to first click on a Project then the side menu appears and I can create an invoice but the invoice will only feature work from that Project - not any other Projects

Hi, I was helping a friend create a zoho mail account - the text message verification message didn't arrive. I suspect that the number was entered incorrectly. Now when we try resend it for the domain trendology.co.za it displays a notice saying that the domain is associated to an account already and that I need to login. However the number and email used is not recognised at login. How can I rectify this? Please can you help.

Hi there, I am using zoho mail, but if i will send multiple emails in just a short time, I'll get blocked and can't send an email for almost 30 minutes and then I will unblocked it and I am able to send, then after a short time span I will be block again. Tasks not showing up
I have a group Board. There is currently a Task tab for Group B, and one tasks listed. I tried to create more tasks, but they do not show up, nor do them seem to be attached to Group Board. They do show up under My Tasks for me (Admin & Task creator). Also I could not find where to add tasks, or even see tasks in the Android app. I have users who are iOS folks, so directions for that would be helpful as well.

Issues with mail on iOS - before I cancel Zoho
Hi I wanted to move my email from GoDaddy because the interface wasn't great and the emails sent on my iPhone did not sync with GoDaddy's sent mail folder. Someone recommended Zoho which I jumped at but now almost regret. 1. I cannot migrate my sent emails from GoDaddy to Zoho. Hi, I've recently signed up to zoho and generally I'm very happy. However, I've installed the mobile app (a must for me) and strangely, in the calendar section, when I add a new even by default it's being created on the day after. For example, I click on the 14th and when I create a new even, the default date is 15th time 12am-1pm. Why is that? It's so counterintuitive.
