Trannsferring an Account + all its content to zoho.eu
Is it possible or does a tool exist to transfer an account from zoho.com to zoho.eu? If that is not possible: i it possible to copy all content over from docs.zoho to an eu based acount, then delete the US-based one, then create a new eu-baesd one base on an original email-account and then fill that one? Showing "related to" on mobile app
Regarding Tasks on the mobile app, the "related to" Account or Contact is not shown. This results in a very difficult to use Task list since it is not very helpful to see a list that shows a bunch of descriptions that all look similar (ie "Call", "email", "follow up", etc) So, first off, I strongly encourage Zoho to add the related to info, and second, does anyone have a suggestion on how to get around this problem currently? Status Id returned on DefaultFields object doesn't match statusID
I'm attempting to populate a list of StatusTypes and set the bug statusId as the default selected. When rendered nothing is selecting. Reproducibility, Severity and Classification are all working but StatusType is not. Upon investigation, the statusId returned on the Bug Object does not exist in the map of statusDeatils on the Defaultfield object. I think this is a bug. If not I'd like some clarification as to why that value is different as it is appearing this way for a number of our Bug Tickets.

Overdue Task reminders
Hello, Need some advice.. In order to make sure tasks are not getting consistently missed, we need to have efficient reminders in place. I understand that you will get a reminder when a task is due, but I do not see reminders each day after. I thought about creating a Scheduled report that sends individual users a daily report of their overdue tasks. Would you recommend any other methods to ensure overdue tasks do not go unnoticed or should I proceed with this method? Thank you, Trevor
Blocking extensions?
I've noticed that a lot of the emails I get are from slightly different domain names, but they all have the same thing in common. They all come from a ".eu" domain address. Is there a way to make a message rule that says if I get any email that comes from a .eu address send it to spam? I see how to block specific website, but I want to block a blanket list of domains. On other sites I've done something like *.eu, that will block anything that ends in eu. Will this work here too?

If this feature is not selected then there is no option to select a preferred vendor for the items. I like this feature but do not want to be emailed each time - it is shown in the notifications icon on the top right. Could a check box be put in under these preferences to indicate whether to send an email in this regard or to just show in notifications ? Sorry to be asking so much but I'm still in evaluation whilst using QBO but I must say Zoho is far superior & with a few more enhancements implemented

Clients not receiving invoices
In the past few days I've had several clients not receive the invoices I've emailed to them straight from Zoho. Some of them are clients that have received invoices in the past, so I know the email address is not incorrect. They've checked their spam as well and nothing. Is this a known issue?

Time sheet, weekly view must show projects
Hello In the weekly view of the time sheet, how can I view the project? Shows tasks but there are tasks with the same name for some projects. For example, a common task in my projects is "Drawings". I work 3 hours in Project A, 2 hours in Project B and 1 hour in Project C. I see in weekly view 3:00 Drawings, 2:00 Drawings and 1:00 Drawings. That does not interest me, it's useless. I need to see the project, not the task. Thank you

Importing only unique values from another form
I need to import rows from one form to another. The two forms share the common unique key; I want the duplicate rows during import to be discarded, and only the unique/new rows to be imported... how can this be achieved? Thanks!!!!
Outlook on IOS-Calendar
Hello, I just switched from google. I use Outlook on my iphone 6 plus and am not able to view my calendar via the IMAP method (only email). I tried setting it up via "Exchange" on Outlook for IOS and entered the proper server name: "msync.zoho.com" but always get an error message "Unable to log in Please check you email address and password and try again." I have entered the correct credentials and no luck. I also have read the forum here regarding this issue but have had not luck resolving this.

Database type view of forms
Good morning... When developing applications it would nice to have a table or database type overview of all the forms in the applications. Maybe even with links that indicate the lookup fields between forms. I think it would make it easier to navigate between forms and views compared to using the drop-down menu available today. Thanks,

Are there any know issues going on right now regarding the Outlook plug-in? I'm trying to sync my Zoho Calendar with Outlook and I'm receiving "Could not Connect to Server, Please Try After Sometime!!!" When I close out that message and still try to sync.......it just sits at "Starting Synchronization" until I close it
Zoho Creator Tutorial #3 error message
I am working through Creator tutorial 3 and am attempting to write the deluge code to decrease inventory on success. Code is below: for each itemID in input.Product {productRow=Product[ID == itemID]; productRow.Available_Stock = (productRow.Available_Stock -1); } I am getting an error message stating "Only List Expressions are allowed to iterate, but (input Product) is of type STRING I am sure the code is identical to the tutorial and can't find why this would be wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

1.For Schedule action where do we finds upcoming actions?? 2. On zoho crm help document the following things are mentioned : You can schedule the actions to be triggered based on the Rule Trigger Date, record Created Time, record Modified Time as well as other time or date fields in the module. You can see the list of scheduled actions for individual records under "Upcoming Actions". But we do not find the same thing for schedule action???? how it is possible to find all those details?
Advanced Webform Issue
Hello team, I found the following issues: The Advanced Webform is not responsive. The description box does not scale up it's height if large content is added inside. Attached files do not show up while submitting the form (They are showing up in the ticket) which confuses whether the file is actually attached or not. Cannot Publish Zoho Doc
There is not publish feature in my "Distribute" menu options. I've searched your documentation and cannot locate information on enabling such a feature if it is disabled for some reason. I've attached a screenshot of my view on Distribute. I did notice that when I hard refresh my chrome browser, "Share" shows in menu and then disappears when loaded, but I'm assuming this is because it is not published.
Forwarding 404 error pages to home page on site
Hi - I have a ton of indexed 404 pages on google. Can I set up if a user visits a 404 error for that user to be brought to the home page of my site? (Zoho site works fine, the 404 pages are from a previous forum that was set up and is now not operational)
Change of Project's Domain
Hi; When I try to change the domain of our projects I see the following alert: "Sorry. Portal Owner Change option is disabled for Google-Apps Domain Portals." We are moving our team to another domain, main corporate domain, and as such want to disassociate the account from Google-app portal. How can this be done? I sure hope we don't have to abandon this and start over.

Looks like there is something not quite correct with the address copy function in "Contacts".
Hello, I completed a "Lead" view and converted it to a "Contact" and "Account". In "Account", I tried to copy the Billing details to the Shipping details. It kind of worked but not completely! The first two lines do not copy across and the drop-down box is persistent and floats over the page view subsequently. Please see the attachment of an example of the problem.
