Scheduled FTP import
Hi, I'm using FTP to import CSV files from my Magento Store. In the manual they show a scheduled import option for FTP, but I don't have that button: What is going wrong? I have the CRM Extra license.

DNS Error
I just built a Zoho site and added a domain name that I purchased thru Zoho. Each time I try to open my new site, I get an error stating: This site can’t be reached www.reunionhoashreveport.com’s server DNS address could not be found. What do I do to make my domain work?

Hello, I wanted to make a dynamic JSP but I couldn't find any mechanism to upload my MySQL DB and JSP to ZOHO. I'm currently using free hosting and my domain expires on 30 May, 2017. Will ZOHO release my domain name so that i can move to a dynamic web hosting service.
zoho creator string field - search for multiple criteria
I saw this a a limitation in the api, but can I do it within a report? For example if I have a form that asks for the first name and I have multiple submissions, can I then run a search on first name for more than one name? Like to show me all records that have he first name "John" and/or "Bob"? If so, how do I do that?
Distribution Group: Sender don't recieve email that he send to a group
Hi I configure a distribution group. In the group i have 1 moderator and 2 user When someone of the group send an email to the group everyone recieve the email exept the sender. Mobile app crashing
I can no longer open the Zoho CRM mobile app on my iPhone. Every time I try, I see the start screen for a few seconds and then it crashes. I have an iPhone 7 Plus, running iOS 10.1.1. Does anyone know of a solution to this?

Custom functions not run on the CRM mobile app
Hi, I have a custom function setup to update various fields when Potentials are updated and it doesn't seem to ever run if a user updates a record via the app. If updates are done via a browser then its not an issue and everything works fine.Its just the App that causes the issue. Does anyone know if this is a limitation of the App? If so is there a list anywhere of what customisations are supported by the App and what aren't. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Problem sending and receiving e-mail in Outlook
Hello guys, I received an email saying: Mail rate exceeded limit However, we realize that this might have been unintentional. To unblock, please click here. I clicked and cleared all my messages from the server, but now I can not download them in Outlook anymore. This gives a mistake! I really need this to work, because I also have an e-commerce that uses the server to send mail on the platform, but it also does not work. Where's the notifications gone
Hey - might be a simple question. But I signed up for the free version, but that gives me an enterprise trail. Feels like the trail is now over, and I've lost the notifications bar, and I no longer have sales signals for mails (opens, reads, etc). What version of Zoho do I need to subscribe to in order to get that back?

Apps getting added as "Shared"
When I press New Application and add the Support Desk app it is not showing up in the "Owned by Me" section... it is showing up in the "Shared with me" section. I want to remove the apps but i don't have access.

I'm new to Zoho Creator, and before I dive in and start learning how it all works, can anyone fill me in on whether Zoho Creator is capable of doing the following: My app is accessed by my users who create new records. Online customers search those records via our website, and are able to submit a payment to that record. Do customers need to be "users" for this purpose? As I was hoping anyone can view and make payments on the records without being a "user".
Invoices to be sent
Can we have an invoice status that is "To be sent" that will make the invoice "Open" & NOT "Draft" but not actually sent as yet. (The timer feature would work very well here) A lot of companies need to have the stocks deducted when the invoice is raised (and this is not done until the invoice is marked "sent") but we cannot actually send the invoice until the job is completed, we'll also be aware of what jobs have been done by the delivery date and the list of invoices with status of "To be sent"
Profile Picture not showing in iOS
I have a profile picture setup on my CRM account, and it displays in the web version. However, in the iOS version, it shows as the generic "head" icon (those users without a profile picture show up as their initials). The picture I uploaded was 450x450px. Is this something I've done incorrectly, or is it a known limitation? {Previously posted in CRM Forum}

Unable to complete custom domain email setup
I tried to setup one mail account for the domain name www.sangam.org.np but due to unavailability of mobile during registration I was unable to verify that time. And when I tried to complete later I was unable to do so. I had to either go with new registration or reset and go ahead but zoho now tells me that my domain name is associated with that account and I can't also login the account as In login page the zoho tells that the email is invalid. Let me know what is the solution for it as my domain
SPF soft fail delivery not working
Hey guys, This has happened to me a few times already. Some of the emails I receive from the school district where my kids schools is in end up in Quarantine because spf soft fail. This is expected, as I have it configured this way. But when I select the message and click Deliver, it does not actually get delivered to our mailboxes. Any idea why that is? Thanks
Can't import leads from file
Hi, When I try to import new leads from a xlsx or csv file the system freezes and nothing happens. I am clicking on import from my leads screen, choose import leads, choose import my leads, select the file and click at the next button which then changes to uploading. Then I wait, but nothing happens. I waited for 1 hour, but nothing changes and the browser seems to work. Tried to reboot my PC but still the same problem. I am using a free account with Google Chrome and have imported leads successfully

Hello! I am currently using the free trial of Zoho social and noticed that I am unable to create a report concerning my Instagram followers' geographic location. I was wondering if this was because of the fact that I am using the free trial or is it because of Instagram's policies?

Taxes with Eventbrite deposits
Hi, we received payments though our Eventbrite account. These were all taxable transactions, however in Zoho it's considered as a deposit but it doesn't reflect the taxes in the amount. How should I correct this? Do I need to create an invoice (with taxes) in Zoho to match de deposit? Thanks!
