No email via EAS sync
I have a strange problem, some of my email adresses when syncing via EAS on Outlook 2016, Gmail app or Windows 10 Email app dont show any message in Inbox. The strange thing is that this happens only if I chose to sync all emails from my Inbox. But, if I chose sync last mont, messages from last mont show with no problem. Can you please assist me to slove this strange problem?

cannot configure Outlook 2010 for Zoho mail
Hi. Just signed up and tried repeatedly to set up Outlook 2010 for my account. While on android phone I had no problem, on Outlook i get the message: "Outlook cannot connect to your incoming (POP3) e-mail server". I get a similar message if I try IMAP. Of course I have selected SSL and port 995. Any suggestions?
Add Custom Task fields to Workflow tasks
Need ability to create workflow automation tasks and pull in custom fields. Right now, we can only grab some default fields when automatically creating a task. This is an issue because we use tasks to record all of our outside sales efforts. we want to automate some follow up but can't because we rely heavily on custom fields in the Task module.

Report hang when scrolling
Hi, I noticed the new enhanced feature on reports, there is no paging any more, but when user's scrolling down to the end of the screen, the report fetches more records. However, this ALWAYS causes screen hang. I have a report with around 40 columns and less than 3000 records, every time when users scrolling fast, the screen will be frozen, and IE will prompt that "the scripts takes long time, stop it?". Moving back to the paging style shall be helpful. Or, please help to fix this defective. Thank

I started using Zoho Creator in zoho.com domain, but due to regulatory reasons opted to move to zoho.eu domain. Email not retaining formatting when sent - URGENT
I've created an email campaign in Zoho Campaigns which looks fine in the template. As soon as I send it as a test (thank god I sent it as a test first) half the formatting dissapears so text boxes don't have the correct margins and all the spacing between elements on the page are all over the place. My email campaign that needs to be sent out in 10 hours now looks like a junior school project. Any idea on why this is happening and how to resolve it ASAP would be much appreciated.

Im loading a view via view-perma link w/ url parameters. I also need to limit the Add button to only add records which are preloaded with the url parameters so like records can be created. I tried to interrogate the url parameter via the onAdd/onLoad event but I could not access the views params. How do I modifiy the view's Add button on a view-perma screen? Thanks :)
