Where to add mx records exactly?
I have domain with bigrock and the server is on linode so I'm a little confused as to where to add the mx records. Even though I tried adding on both of them but I always get this error "MX records for your domain are not pointed to zoho. Can anyone help me with this one please?

hyperlink changes format
Why when I create a hyperlink in a spreadsheet is Zoho changing the formating of the link I am pasting? Example: I want to link to this page http://thetvdb.com/?tab=season&seriesid=175001&seasonid=659461&lid=7 I paste that into the hyperlink, and Zoho changes the formatting of the ampersands to http://thetvdb.com/?tab=season&seriesid=175001&seasonid=659461&lid=7 which results in a error message because the database being called does not recognize the request in that format. Zoho Creator iOS app Offline access of forms
I am trying to access an app through iOS Zoho Creator and work in offline mode. No matter what I try, I am only able to get 1 or two forms in offline mode, rest won't appear. Following the instruction, I opened each data entry form and submitted a record each from the mobile device in wifi or 3G but when I tuen off the wifi or 3G not all these forms are visible. Is there anything / any steps I missed? Is there a form which addresses these issues in Zoho Creator mobile app? Is the App fully functional
Monthly or quarterly emails automatically sent
Hi All Is there a way of being able to send a reminder email every month or quarter using an automated process. I can see we can now set an email up in mail to do this. What I want to achieve is that once a potential is update to say a contract is live, then depending upon a field which would say monthly or quarterly start a process that sends the same email either monthly or quarterly. Can't Login to Card Scanner App
Hi -- I cannot log in to the card scanner app using my Zoho mail account. When I type in my user name and password I get the error: "Login Failed - Request failed: not found (404) (Error Code -1011)". I know the login is correct because when I type in an incorrect login I get a different error (Invalid password). Please assist as I have called and e-mailed support several times and have not received a response. Thanks.
Zoho Calendar Creating Duplicate Events
Why is my zoho calendar creating duplicates of the same event? I don't create events in zoho, just google calendar and every morning when I log in to Zoho there are duplicates created! I'm not able to see which events are coming up because it's crowding the view with all of these duplicates. I am not manually syncing the calendar, and have not made any changes. This has been happening since we started using Zoho.
Don't have access to my mail account
On Saturday I registred my domain in zoho, and my mobile phone too. As the confirmation code wasn't arriving, I tried to change the phone and put my boyfriend's. It said that there was an error with the server. Yesterday I had access with my phone and my password, but it still didn't send me the code, and was still saying that there was an error with the server. Today I can't access neighter with my phone or my boyfriend's. When I try to register again, it says that the domain is already in use.
Why I am getting emails delayed?
I am a paid user. Not free users like maximum in this site. So explain to me, why I am getting emails delayed? Should people who pay get better service?

How can I create activities in "mass" related to a campaign?
Hi, I'm trying to map and build a process for a new telemarketer that's starting in a few weeks. My thought process is the following : 1. Create Campaign : XYZ Telemarketing Campaigns 2. Add Contacts to this campaign 3. Create a first activity for this campaign in each contact to start the activity flow of my telemarketer. Anniversary notification
Hi Zoho, I require notification on special annual dates (birthdays, anniversaries, etc). I know that years ago this was not possible with the "professional" subscription. Odd because any professional with actual customers would need this as a minimum in CRM functionality. Back then it seemed that you were "working" on something that would fix this strange limitation. Tables and pannels do not show the dates when Scheduled calls must be performed
When you create a call and set "Scheduled" or "Programed" (not sure as I have Spanish language), The activity view do not show the "death date" (Fecha de vencimiento), I mean, the date when the call must be done, I have set a programed call to "Llamar a Rosa" on 1/02/17. Also if I go to the "home" where all pannels are shown you can see there are no date when the call must be done, but you can see that date in the case of Activities
