Missing Emails
Hello. All my messages in the Sent folder earlier than February 2016 have disappeared! I have not accidentally deleted them and intentionally keep past correspondence. Please advise asap as I need those for work.
Contacts "Campaign " field not visible in Campaign App
I have contacts with assigned campaigns in the Contacts App. The Contacts App is sync to the Campaign App But I am unable to see the "Campaign" field in the Campaign app to send a new email campaign only to this segment. Note: I can not is this field if I try to create a segment of my sync contacts either.
If statement within Add Record
Does Zoho Creator not let you put an if statement within an Add Record function? I have coded my form so that when you submit it, a record is automatically added to another table using "Add Record". I want to put an if statement within this to specify different values of one of the fields based on another. Schedule Report as Excel
All, I would like to know if it is possible to schedule report and send it as attachment as Excel and not as PDF. I didn't found the option so by default it send PDF. Do you know if it is possible? Thank you Riccardo

Support Email Notifications going to an old gmail address
I have notifications enabled to come through to my gmail email, we have recently created new gmail accounts and I have updated my Zoho account with the new primary email and completely removed the old one. I am still receiving support notifications to the old email but i don't know how this is possible as that gmail address has been completely removed from my Zoho account...Please can you help? Cannot get Mail to work for domain, MX records are setup correctly
Hello, I setup ZOHO for the domain: prestigeandclassicweddingcars.co.uk I did this last Friday (11th) and all the DNS changes have been made and taken full effect. "Loading View..." message when viewing page with view components
When i go to any page with a view component (even if the view is the only thing on the page), I just get a "Loading View..." message appear.
