Notification Email not working for Contact Us form
I cannot get the email notification to work when someone uses the "Contact Us" form on my site. All I wanted (and it seems as though it is set up for) is to get an email sent to me anytime a visitor uses the Contact Us form so I don't have to drill into the site settings to see IF anyone submitted a message. I've tried every configuration, followed the pathetic instructions in the HELP section with no success. Picture border getting cut off
Hello! When I put a border on my pictures, it looks fine on my desktop site but when I look at the mobile website, the right edge of the border on every picture gets cut off. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks!

How can I re-arrange alphabetically the categories and tags in my blog? Is that possible? Also, how can I add two or more categories in my blog posts? Everytime I try to add two or more categories, only one appears when posted.
Getting logged username in zoho sites
Hi everyone, i'm creating a site in zoho sites. i have the Member Portal Add-On to control access (With username & password) to some pages. In one of that pages i have a Zoho Creator embedded url. I would like to pass logged username to that link using a code sniped. Does Zoho Sites store username information in some place? A cookie, internal variable, etc? How can i manage passing username via url in javascript to another application (Zoho Creator) I've seen that zoho sites has some integration
IMAP blocked due to number of connections, waited and still can't get in

While browsing through the section of Zoho on Mobile , There were so many different apps mentioned . Isnt there any single consolidated app to cover the CRM. Custom Functions not called from Mobile App
When I create or edit a record on the mobile app, it appears any custom functions I wrote are not being called. Am I doing something wrong, is this a limitation, or any work around?

I had purchased/registered just the domain name with GoDaddy. NO site builder or hosting from them. I have added CX records in godaddy cpanel as per zoho help documentation, like zmverify...etc., 30 minutes i allowed for things to settle down. Still NOT working. Help please --Alex

zoho IMAP + outlook keeps my mails on unread
Hi zoho, I use zoho mail, and watch my mail in a mail program Outlook 2013. I use IMAP to sync the outlook folders with the zoho folders. However, everytime I read a mail in my outlook, it becomes read, but after the next sync, it becomes read again. This especially happens when I select a folder in my outlook and select 'Mark all as read'. If I don't go to another mailbox within 30 seconds, it will automatically mark those mails as unread. This is very annoying off course. What could be the problem?

Deleting contacts / Contacts Limit Issue
Hi, For user puneet.maheshwari, under contacts, there are a list of tagged user under contacts - > list management which is coming at around 12K approx. If you goto home -> dashboard, it shows 25K which is causing issue with our email campaign limit. We have to see if we could delete the one's not present in Contacts - List management. [Solved] sendmail subject line expression as lookup field
Hi, On my form name: Wesmar With zoho support's help, i've finally managed to craft a form that functions the way i want, and seems to display properly when scripted to sendmail (except the template does not display more than about 20% of content) However when i try to use the expression in sendmail subject line "input.Customer_Name" - it outputs a string of numbers like 2511901000000054103.. Note, it does this when Customer_Name is a lookup field. It works fine if it's a normal Single Line field...

Ability to enter notes on weekly time entry
I have seen in other systems the ability to enter notes on the weekly time entry screen. They implemented this by a small button on the right side of the text box that would show a popover of a note. Or even popup screen.

Missing leads in Zoho CRM
I have added leads into Zoho CRM and I can't not find them anywhere in our system. I have searched using the search option, filtered the All Leads view to see if I can locate it in the list and it is still not there. I have then tried to re-upload the lead via the import function and Zoho will not upload the lead as it already exists in the system. Please help!

Many databases now have a search bar that searches the entire site and suggests things as you type. This allows faster searching without needing to specify a module. More importantly, it allows users to search for a candidate without needing to know the full name or exact spelling. Difference between mail account size and usage limit
Hi, We have and professional account and we notice something that's a little confusing. There's an account which has about: 386MB on Account Size (Settings > Mail Accounts). But when admin goes to usage it shows: 78% of 5120MB (Control Panel > Mail Accounts > user@domain) What the difference between this numbers (Size and Usage)? Why size changes for each account? Connection between Zoho Projects and Zoho Support
Is there a connection between Zoho Projects and Support? We are evaluating the products, not yet active users. We would like to track developers' time both on active project tasks and resolving open tickets. Is there an interface between Zoho Support and Projects that allows a Project task to be created when a Support ticket is opened? I would appreciate any insight or pointers. Thanks.
Tasks are not reoccurring
Hi There is an urgent bug that needs addressing. Since last Friday I have noticed on two projects now that the reoccurring i have set up is not working- The tasks are closed and they simply do not reoccur. I just tried on one of those projects right now and the same thing happened. -Reopened the most recent task -Set the reoccuring -Refreshed the project -Closed the most recent task once reoccuring set -Task just closes and does not reoccur even though the reoccur symbol is showing next to the task
