Dear Sir, I was not satisfied with the Zoho Mail premium plan and so I downgraded to the Free plan and I want my money back as per your refund policy. Sharing needed for submit by email
When submitting by email what sharing is needed? Does the form need to be shared to the email address submitting the data. Is there a public option allowing any sender to submit data? Does the associated report also need to be shared? Can it be shared with a Customer Portal account? Is the sharing done by Application Settings->Share or are there other settings needed?
Lookup filter not refreshing on submit
Hi As part of my training management software I've created, I use a form to complete Active courses. The form contains a lookup for all courses that have 'Active = true'. The form works fine until I click submit and the course is then set to 'Active = false'. The form clears/resets but when I select the lookup, it still contains the record that I've just completed. If I refresh the page, the lookup then works properly and this record no longer appears. Is this a flaw with the system or am I doing
Document Printing
When I try to print, the menu: File > Print > Print using Browser is no longer showing, therefore I can't print. Any ideas what might have happened, it was ok a few days ago. Thanks.

Unable to see Email campaigns for a user

Can I sync the zoho folder using Alias's on Mac OsSierra?
I'd like my 'web receipts' folder in 'documents' to sync to Zoho docs. But 'web receipts' is a folder specifically from the print pdf pull down menu and has to be within the documents folder. I want that folder to be shared to zoho docs via the sync desktop app. Do I have to use 'alias' because all that does is copy the alias file to the cloud. How would you set this up? I receive an expense receipt > print window > export as pdf to 'web receipts' folder > folder syncs to Zoho docs. Thanks!

Hi: I currently have an Enterprise Zoho Account and have the following problem: At the moment we are using several projects at the same time and some users are assigned to more than one. The problem actually is that some users (including me) when filter tasks using proprietary as "Me" to filter only our own activities (in Start Menu or inside an specific project) NOT ALL the tasks assigned appear. This is very unprofessional by ZOHO. For 24 hours I haven't been able to send group emails to our organisations' stakeholders due mail rate exceed limit. No notification beforehand, the least you could do is to inform that such thing is coming and what the limit is. issues with email hacking?
Started noticing last night that my zoho email was sending tons of "mailer-daemons" back to my email, for something I didn't send. Is it easy for people to hack the zoho email? Am I at risk whenever I check email, even if by phone, even if I have my password saved rather than having to put it in each time? For this time, do I just need to change my password?
