Simple Patient Look Up
My application has a patient information form with various data concerning the patient. I'm trying to create a "Look Up" form that will search the patient information database, by first name and /or last name fields, and display the patient information form for that particular patient for editing etc. Just a simple way to look up a patient by name and edit their patient information form. I've tried to use the Look Up feature but without success. Thank you, David

Hi Guys, I'm having a problem with Echosign for Zoho Docs, where when i input in a text field via the echosign integration, when the customer goes to fill out the form where ever i put a 'custom text input' it duplicates what the customer inputs, see attachment. Any help here?

DKIM Can't be Validated
I haved added the DKIM record provided by Zoho System, and in third party site provided in your knowledge database there is a validity record. But in Zoho system it still reply "Validated Failed" message. What's wrong with my setting?

Hi, Today I registered Mail for my new site, trizocbs.us.to. The first login worked fine, but when i later tried to log back in w/ the email address, (info@trizocbs.us.to) it said, the password would be wrong, when i tried to do it via Phone number it said the account was disabled

Unable to add user
I am unable to add a user to domain @challengesales.com It shows a red box for less than a second then disappears. (unable to read the message) From the forum it sounds like it was because we added / deleted the user / email because the name was wrong. Help user I cannot add : ethiry at challengesales.com
Company logo into body of message
Hi There, I am trying to figure out if it is possible to setup the mails so that all outgoing emails would contain the company logo on the top left. The user would type the message underneath, and the signature file is at the bottom. Thanks.

My acc is sending e-mails but not receiving any!
I sent a mail from my gmail to zoho account and it was not delivered. When I sent a mail from zoho to my gmail, it was delivered. However when I forwarded the same mail from gmail to zoho, nothing happened, the mail was not delivered to zoho. It seems we can send mails from zoho to others but they cannot send mails to my zoho account. What should I do to solve this issue?

But it ignores if multi lines are used, it puts it all into one line when it emails. Agenda View Issue when editing recurrent events
Dear Zoho Team, I think there is an issue when editing events that are recurrent. When I try to save just one occurrence of a recurring event, after pressing save nothing happens (I tried IE and Chrome). However if you do the same thing but on the Week view, it works fine.
Auto Number not showing up
I can't get the Auto Number field to show for some reason, even though I am the application administrator. The help page says " By default, this field will be displayed only to the administrator of the application." How do i modify it so it displays to all? Because I can't get it to work on my existing form, i can't test it. I'm also curious what happens when I add this Auto Number field to a form already have multiple records? Cannot copy mail from Local Folders to IMAP main account with Thunderbird
I'm very puzzled by the behaviour I'm seeing with Thunderbird when trying to copy some folders, or even single emails, from Local Folders to the main IMAP account via drag and drop. I had this working fine earlier with an IMAP account I have at virginmedia.com - folders, nested subfolders and the emails within all copied fine. With a Thunderbird account set up to use Zoho via IMAP, though, either nothing happens at all (most of the time), as if the target folder is simply locked, or one folder only

Have a trial account - Enterprise. Have my social accounts - facebook and linkedin - connected. Linkedin - I added one of my 1st connections of Linkedin to Zoho recruit. Zoho does not show the full profile stating that the connection has not shared her experience. However she is my first connection and I can see her full profile on linkedin website. Trying to setup new email account and received the SMS confirmation code but upon keyed in, it says invalid. Try resend but not received. Try re-setup account says phone number already been used. Please help.
Custom Quote Template
Is there a reason why suddenly <style> ... </style> tags are being stripped from quote template designs? I had perfectly fine quote templates. I edited a phone number on them and now they are all messed up. Everytime I paste the code in and preview, it displays perfectly but when I save everything from <style> ... </style> is stripped. Anybody else having same issue?
