Zoho Books and Tally importation
Hi there, I spend time neatly organising my Zoho books. Now the time as come for my auditor to submit my books and, like most auditors throughout India, he is using Tally. Tally does not handle importing a CSV or excel file the way Zoho exports them.
Asian Characters Do Not Print
Hi - fantastic product and perfect for our needs..... but Asian characters (Chinese in our case) do not appear on PDF or print previews! For example, on invoices, sales orders etc. they are just missing Changing the language to Chinese in Settings > Organization profile does not make a difference either. So it seems like an issue with the PDF engine that Zoho Books is using. Please advise any workaround or a fix - it should be an easy fix! Thanks
Export Timesheet - Download Options
From any project, when using the export time sheet option: 1. Given the fact you probably selected your filters already (time, users, etc) it shouldn't be required for you to complete all the fields again in the export window 2. Also, when selecting "all" in the users field it should be implicit that all includes the users that actually have time logs in the selected criteria.If a project has 10 users, but only logged time, it's useless to have 9 empty sheets. 3. Hi, I would like to call third party application when new Contacts / Products are created in Zoho Books from Zoho CRM. I noticed that while creating web hooks, Contacts / Products are not listed in the module list. Can anyone help on this.? Thanks
Problem with setting up Services and Products
Hello! I am new to Zoho community. I want to set up CRM for a client. The client is a Beauty salon. We want to use Professional plan. SO they sell services and not products. But at the same time, they use some products for these services and they would like to track inventory. Does anybody know how could I set up Zoho to function like this: - When we sell a service we can also add products that have been used with quantity they were used. adding a new button
I have added anew button that sends mail to desired email with specific fields. i now need 2 more things: 1)to have a condition on 1 param that if it is empty, to send another param instead. 2)i want to set it in "view" and then send it on multiple records. currently it's on list view so when i send it send per record. but when it is on view it and i mark for more then 1 record, it puts all the params toghther. how this can be done? thx
Zoho emails going into spam folder
Hi All the emails that we send from our Zoho account are going into spam folders. I changed the DNS to add this into the TXT field v=spf1 mx include:zoho.com ~all This did not solve the problem though. I have tried to copy the header in outlook of the spam email but the instructions given do not match up to my outlook account, where you show to click on info my account says inbox not info and I cannot find that anywhere, is there an easier way I can copy rhe header to send this to you please? Super Admin Control Inaccessible
Whenever I try to "Access Zoho Mail", it keeps sending me to a page where it asks me to link a phone number and enter my password. I already input and verified a phone number! It tells me I have incorrect details, even though I put the same phone number associated with my account and the same password I use to log into my account. I'm trying to create a new Zoho Mail account. But every time I fill out new details at https://www.zoho.com/mail/ and click "Sign up for free", I'm simply redirected to a "405 Not Allowed" page. What's going on?
Closing Notes with Completed Tasks
Is there a way I can close notes for a particular task when the task has been completed and closed? I have multiple tasks for each client and would like to record notes for that particular task without it staying on the contact page after the task has been completed. Thank you

Creating Potentials vs Sales Order reporting
Hi, We currently do not use the potentials field of Zoho, but would like to engage it as sort of an account forecast function. I want the sales team to project what equipment they are going to sell to each account, and then see what they actually sold against that projection. We need this to work at the product level. iPad support and better app
Are there any plans to improve the iOS app for zoho projects. The current version is almost pointless as it makes working with projects difficult and ineffective. Also, I use an iPAD pro and would greatly appreciate better app support and even better web support. Using projects on safari for iOS is not easy. Thanks for any feedback.

import wrong columns into zoho leads from campaign monitor
Hi i had tried to import leads from campaign monitor into ZOHO crm but i had mapped all the columns correctly before importing. in my CSV .... if i clicked "save as" it was unicode-16 but if i import using unicode - 16 ... i will get gibberish during the mapping section. but if i chose unicode-8.. mapping section is fine but after importing.. the information will go into the wrong column! please help!
Send user password reset link
Is there a way to send a password reset link to my users secondary email? When I create a new user, I would like to have a system generated link sent to a secondary email so I do not have to set a generic password and email that to them. If I have to email a generic password, is there a way to force them to change their password on the next log in? I do not want to force it for everyone, just the new users.

Daily limit for sending emails
Hi, We are running a community service which sends emails to single users (e.g. to confirm registration, reset a password, get notifications,... no mass mails). We do not reach the 1000 emails per day yet but this might happen throughout the upcoming year. Therefore, I'm searching for a long-term solution. Is there an option to lift the limit for emails sent per day or do you offer any service upgrade to buy which would allow us sending more? As far as I understood Zoho Campaigns isn't really suitable

Thunderbird timing out while connecting to SMTP
