IMAP Connection Problem
Hello, We've been having IMAP Connection problems since yesterday with our email clients stating that the connection to the server is unavailable. It sounds like others are reporting similar problems on the forum. Is there an IMAP problem with the servers, and if so, is there an ETA for a fix? Thank you.
Too many connections with IMAP
Just recently I started getting tons of IMAP errors about too many connections. I have Thunderbird set up to only use 2 connections, and the only other client is my phone with gmail, and yet I get these errors about 70% of the time. Is there a way to check what client may be causing this?
Hotmail Problems
Hi, I'm having problems receiving mail from a hotmail account, any other mail seems to be ok. They can send mail through gmail and that arrives, but nothing from hotmail. If they send to anybody else it works fine, it's just me. Is this a problem with Zoho ? Any ideas?

I can not send mail
I can not send mail from one of my accounts, Friday exceed the limit of 50 emails a day, but it took several days and I still get the same error

I understand that the daily limit is 50 emails per day and 500 mb per day, if the plan contract $ 10 it increases these limits? and if another plan contract it increases the limit?
Scheduling an SMS based on date/time in a form
Hi everyone, I'd like to send SMS messages according to a schedule - where the time and date is filled in a form. I have used the automatic SMS function on submitting a form which is super simple and handy, but I'd like to be able for someone to submit this form and then trigger the SMS as defined in that form. The content of the SMS would be customised based on the content of the form. e.g. Form fields: Name: PhoneNumber: Date/time: Message1: Message2: It seems like this is really doable using Zoho
Coupons, API, & Invoices
Hi, In the API when running GET /invoices/{invoice_id} would it be possible to have it return the coupon name, as well as possibly some more coupon information as well? Right now it only returns `coupon_code` and `discount_amount`, which is good.... but currrently there is no way to nicely tell the name of the coupon, which is annoying assuming that the coupon codes do not have easily-readable names themselves. The only want to do this right now is to make a separate API call to retrieve the details

Custom Fields
I need to be able to add a new custom field to be able to segment my customer list for an upcoming campaign. When I tried to create the custom field it said I had reached the limit and couldn't create any more. I deleted an existing custom field and tried to create the custom field I need but it still says I've reached my limit. Bulk Import with "String" (instead of File) / Add Multiple Rows
I would like the ability to add multiple rows in a single API call. My API code runs in a cloud task worker environment and I have a list of JSON objects in memory, that I can easily marshall / convert into a string ... I would like to be able to pass that String (list of rows to be added) to the API. Due to the restrictions of my virtual cloud file, I am not even allowed to create a temp file, to dump this list ot a file and then IMPORT the file. Zoho setting for Mail Transfer Agents
Hello, I am running my Drupal site off an Ubuntu LAMP server and want to add the possibility for the Drupal to send emails (e.g. that come from the Contact form). This needs some sendmail software to be used by php. I am thinking of trying sSMTP or Postfix (I found sendmail a little too difficult to configure). Group Calendar not showing
Hi I made a personal group. Calendar shows in "Group Calendars" underneath "My Calendars". Made an organization group. B2C and Repurposing Account Module
There's been a LOT of talk about B2C in the past I see. I did find https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/customization/customize-zohocrm-for-b2c.html and it helps. I have a different idea how this should work for us though. We're a retail window and door dealer. In my perfect world I simply renamed Accounts to Households (or Properties - either is fine) and figured all would work fine. Turns out this now requires the Company field (can't edit the name even) to create an Account. My perfect Company (or Household)
Display my report like my input form
I have a form that creates a LOT number. YYYYMMDD##-ProductName This all works, and I save the generate lot number into the form on save. I Started using a sub form to add ingredients into the product lot. It works nicely. My problem is I'm trying to generate a report that mimics the input form. I can generate a report using the BATCH form that shows the LOT# generating information, but can't display the ingredients nicely. If I use the sub form INGREDIENTS I can list all the ingredients,
Missing fields when importing database
Hello, I've just iimporting 20,000 contacts on the "posibles clientes" module. Everything is OK, except that on the origianl database each contact have an owner and the creation date and last modification date. On Zoho CRM all contacts are under my name (I have administration profile) and the creation and last modification date, are all the same day of the importing process Thank you for your help

Custom Modules Question
The standard modules aren't working for us so here's what I've done. Created a custom module called Properties (replaces Accounts module) Created a custom module called Homeowners (replaces Contacts module) I can create a custom module for Potentials if necessary but the default one is fine for our purposes if we can continue to use it. Horrible delay while using searchRecords
Hi there, I just found that it takes around 1 min for function searchRecords to get the most up to date result. Here's an example: If we insert a row into a table, for example Leads. We insert Last Name and Company as 'DML_Test_Insert_1_R' and 'Company_Insert_1'). Then we can see that the top record is the one we just inserted when we use getRecords function. I've created an email template. When I press send, I get the message: "It seems that you might have forgotten to attach files. Send this message without attachments?" I have tried converting the message to plain text, then reformatting and I still get the message. Any ideas? Thanks.
