Cannot create domain based email account
Hi, I've added the domain quivit.nl to Zoho mail and now I want to create a domain based email acount. When I open up Zoho Mail it redirects to https://mail.zoho.com/cpanel/createMailAccount.do. When I'm choosing to create a domain based email account and enter the text and then push the proceed button, nothing happens. Can someone please resolve this? Jeroen

Can't Verfiy Domain!
Hi Zoho, I followed the instructions to verify my domain in order to set up the email but it still says its not verified no matter what I do! I've filled out an inquiry form and sent it to customer service a few days ago but haven't heard anything back. It's quite frustrating. As instructed, I attached a screen shot proving that the domain has been verified. The domain was bought through GoDaddy.ca on October 18, 2016 and will expiry on October 18, 2018. Please help me! However, when I try to add it, it says the domain is already in use. I, however, have no record of ever adding it to Zoho, and I have been the one in charge of managing this domain since "day one". Unable to access the data
Hi, I have been invited to join a group for the business I work for. At first, everything was fine, I had access to everything. However, a few weeks later, I can still login and my account still appears as active in the admin's panel, but the CRM shows me an empty database. Basically, I can't access any activity/data from my account. I tried deactivating and reactivating my account via an admin's panel, but it still gives me an empty database...

HI I am using ZOHO Forms and a drop down menu for the dates. Why can't I pick a date that is earlier than the current date and time in the quick pick? Close Open Tasks Upon Lead Conversion
Maybe there's an obvious way to do this I'm not seeing? Essentially, when a Lead is converted I'd like to close any open Activities associated with it. Generally when we're converting a Lead it's due to it turning into a Deal and any pending Activities are no longer relvant. Any new Activities required will then be added with Workflow. Can this be done with Workflow (couldn't find a way) or a Custom Function? Thanks, Ron

My Outlook account in Zoho mail. has been disabled. When I try and enable it, I get the error message "Unknown Host: outlook.office365.com". It has worked fine for months, and no changes made to our Outlook account. Any ideas how to fix it?
