Adding deluge in a pop up window of an alert function
I have a form with a decision box ('Test') When I click this box then it shows me an alert pop up like the following: if (Test) { alert "Something"; } Is it possible when the alert shows me the pop up window, then by clicking the OK of the pop up to automatically untick or deselect the decision box? I think that it is not possible but I would like your opinions.
EFT/Direct Posit recording in Portal
A lot of my customers pay by EFT (direct Deposit), while I have configured my EFT details within the Footer of the Invocie the customer can't mark the invoice as paid within the customer Portal. This is then requiring my customers to make contact with me outside of the customer portal (email/Phone) and i then need to manually go in and record the payment within the admin portal. This completely negates the benefit of the customer portal, and in fact actually makes my customer not want to use it.

Hello. As many in the forums, I have been hit with the "Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked". Even with a 1mb filesize, this is an issue. Zoho is awesome and works well, however for "unlimited" service, they seem pretty limited. Can an admin please raise my domain send/receive limit since I am a business and get over 100 emails a day from all emails. Task reminders only being sent for a certain length of time

When viewing employees' basic contact info, the work phone and mobile phone numbers are displayed. In reality, the work phone is the landline and the mobile phone isn't the work mobile but the number recorded under personal mobile. How do I test workflow automation?
I'm trying to send an email once per year on a client wedding anniversary. Does this workflow look correct? A contact is booked with "Add-ons" has a value and "DJ Name" has a value. I'm mainly concerned about the "Start time" which is also a clients anniversary. Will it send every year?

I'm sorry if this question has been addressed already. I need to set up a series (about 14) of drip campaign e-mails (for prospects). I tried setting up an autoresponder with follow-ups, but it only allowed five and I need more than that. Is there any way around that? Should I be setting it up in MailChimp instead? Hello, We are using Zoho to send a confirmation email for a membership. We set up a merge tag that includes the date of enrollment, but would also like to include the expiration date. Our membership is for one full year. Right now, we are only capturing the customer's initial enrollment date. Is there a way to set a merge tag to display the enrollment date and then the enrollment date + 365 days? For example: "during your policy period from $[UD:ENROLL]$ through $[UD:ENROLL + 365 days]$" Thanks!

Alias limit not increased
According to this following thread, alias limit for users who signed-up earlier would be increased to 200. However, its been a year and I am still not able to create new aliases. Hi, I am evaluating Zoho for my company and during the initial setup, I've done a mistake. I've set the email account id to nikolett.dk@norcaart.com. Please note that during my domain setup, I wasn't able to go back in the process and change that. After the setup was done, I navigated to Zoho Accounts, registered a new primary email (kataik@norcaart.com) and tried to delete nikolett.dk@norcaart.com, which has became secondary. I have received this email the past couple days when trying to send email to 89 recipients, and it's the only email I've sent that day. I have clicked the link to unblock the email, but am still unable to send the message. I have also gone into the Control Panel, Troubleshoot, and looked to see if any of the accounts are blocked, but they are not. Please unblock, or advise how to fix. Thanks.

My incoming mail is going to spam
Recently (2 weeks ago) my incoming emails are going into my spam folder. Had no issues for nearly 3 months then it started all of the sudden. I did add the SPF TXT with my DNS manager as recommended on other post but in no avail. Senders under my white listed (contacts) are also going to SPAM. Any ideas on what else I can do? Hello, My main form "Store Records" contains a subform "Items List". I added a CRM field on the subform related to "Products" Module. Is it possible to have the subform act as follow, 1-Creating 4 fields "Product Name", "Product Description", "Quantity in Stock", and "Qty" which is the number of the selected product to be taken from store. 2-When the user select the CRM product in subform the first 3 fields data will also be fetched and auto filled 3-Subtract the amount taken from store and update
