Convert Prospect to something other than customer?
I want to be able to convert a prospect to another category, other than a customer. I'd like to convert them to a title like "no potential" once we've exhausted all possibilities with that prospect. Any tips or ideas?
Why can't I remove the activities date column in Leads view?
Question speaks for itself. Why assume I always want it visible? I don't need to see the date a task is due or late on every single view. Its ridiculous that I cannot hide it in a CUSTOM view. Besides limiting my use of views, it takes up a lot of screen real estate (and yes I know I can hide the filter menu)!

I've just changed my gmail password and now I cant get Zoho emails to worked. This has happened before and it was something simply like change the "less secure access". What do I need to do to get Zoho email working again? Keep getting this email. What can I do?

How to use unit price in a sales order

Sharing emails that are attached to a Contact/Potential
I just discovered that emails that I send to a contact and .bcc zoho indeed show up on their record and potential that they are associated with. That's the good news. I also learned that a new sales rep who has access to that record doesn't see any of those emails. Why is that? How can I make sure that everyone that has authority to work with that contact and potential sees the entire email chain associated with it? TIA for your response. Sam

Overlapping tasks/separate milestones on Gantt Chart
Hi! I have multiple project phases (milestones) moving at the same time. When viewing the gantt chart I can't filter out tasks by milestone so they are overlapping. I can only filter "Open" and "Closed" milestones. This is really screwing everything up. Is there a function that I am missing, or can I bypass this in any way? Please help. Items in Google Calendar don't show up in Zoho Calendar!
I have repeatedly transferred from Google calendar into Zoho Calendar with no success. When I check my Zoho calendar, nothing ever appears. I have both my Google Calendar name and Zoho default calendar checked for good measure. Whether both checked or individual doesn't matter, nothing populates any field.

Cannot login as another user
Hi I have two email addresses therefore two users - liz@redladysa.com.au and elizabeth@redladysa.com.au however, whenever I open zoho mail, it automatically logs me in as Liz and I can't login as elizabeth in order to check emails coming to that address. Hi, My company recently purchased a subscription to Zoho Support, and we have integrated the live chat feature into one of our websites. The float button/window combo works well, but we noticed today that the chat window is not at all appropriately sized for mobile viewing. When accessing live chat on a mobile device, the chat window appears in a new tab, which is fine, but the form fields and chat responses are way too small to be utilized. SLA Targets
We require an SLA target for ticket response as well as ticket resolution; although I can't find a way to set this up within Zoho - We're pretty close to purchasing the service but unless the helpdesk can complete this feature like FreshDesk can we are more likely to go with them. Thanks, Johnny
Push notifications no longer working
Hi Zoho Team, I have been running the Zoho mail app on iOS8 with an iphone 6, and after disabling push notifications once I have not been able to successfully re-enable them. I have tried: - signing out, then back in on the app itself - removing, then re-installing the app - ending all sessions in the settings section on the desktop UI - deleting all the API tokens in the settings section on the desktop UI Upon re-installing I should be prompted by iOS to allow push notifications (which I am not).

Why my sent items are not downloaded in pop configuration with outlook
I have setp zoho with outlook pop configuration, downlaod all emails but only items form the inbox are downloaded the sent items are not. Alos all emails in the inbox remain as unread even though there are downloaded in outlook?
