Hello I've seen this topic before, but would like an update/suggested resolution. I regularly forward emails to my wife's account. Unfortunately, I am now getting this error back from her email server. Surely it's a common requirement for a husband to forward emails to his wife. But apparently btinternet.com doesn't think so and I suspect it has blacklisted to some degree the zoho ip. So I'm now in the situation where I can't forward emails to my wife anymore. Is there anything we can do? Thanks
Unable to send email - Missing MX records
Hello, We've been trying to set up some new email accounts with Zoho, accounts are set up and have had the domain verified. We have added the 3 MX records as specified more than 24 hours ago however, but the message in the control panel still states that "The MX Records of your domain are not pointed to Zoho". Outgoing disabled
One of the mail users outgoing mail is disabled. When I see the user in control panel, I see Outgoing disabled in red. When I try and enable it, I get the error message: Operation permitted for paid user(s) only. reyna@visins.net is the email address.

Hello, so im trying to setup zoho mail for my company. So far I love it and I found every option I needed ... However... one last thing I cant figure out: I want a couple of ladies in a group called "customer service"... That group has a couple of Email adresses (rather aliases)... So now one lady is answering an email (within that group)... at the moment, when lady two loggs in, she still sees the same email as unread, because she of course loggs in with her own account. Just a few emails are not delivered to Zoho
We are very happy about our experience in using Zoho Mail. We can't understand why the e-mails sent us from a single company (it means all the email from name@companyname.com) are not delivered to this wonderful platform but are delivered to the old client. All other emails are properly delivered to Zoho. Someone else experience the same issue? How could we fix it?
Display multiple fields on calendar
Is it possible to display an event title and starting time on a monthly calendar report view? I only seem to be able to choose one field. I suppose I could create another field that combines them, like "1:00pm Staff Meeting", but the data is already there, it would be easier to just show a combination of the fields. CRM Mobile, can't send emails
My mobile CRM app seems to be installed correctly. All of my emails and data loads, however, I can't send any email. It appears to send, but nothing actually send. Bug?
Android App Crashes
Our sales reps using the Zoho CRM app on Android phones are experiencing that the app crashes whenever they go to create a new event and tap on the "from" date field. Is anyone else having this issue? We've found that if you save an event then go back in and edit the "from" date field you can do so without experiencing a crash but that's not an ideal long term fix. Zoho support told me they could not replicate the issue and would continue to look into it... Just wanted to see if this was a problem
Not showing calculation options
I use a lot of charts that show the monthly count and then a running average over time. Sometimes, I'm not getting the option to do the calculation over time. What is the data table requirement to allow calculations over time? Here is the table and the chart I'm trying to create. I'm attempting a combo chart, the bars showing the Total Count for that month and then a line for the running average. When I attempt to use the average running total, the option is not showing on the drop down list.
