Several questions around set up and integration - please help
- ho to you easily move from inbox in mail to reach the docs? I have clicked on the icon next to the logo in the top left corner and clicked docs but it then navigated to a new tab with a sales page, it didn't carry my login over. - can you view more than one inbox and switch between views? I have my own name@domain.com but I also want to see directors@domain.com without needing to log out and then in again?

Hello Zoho Support I am looking to bring my team to Zoho. I would like to setup under the domain name "www.gtaestates.com" but i keep getting the error message "this domain is not supported or is already registered with zoho" I would like to know who has this domain setup (it could be someone from our team, we just need to know which account its under so we can do a password reset.) OR i can provide ownership of my domain. Please let me know ASAP WGMASTER

email notification on new lead no being sent
This used to work, but stopped a few months ago. I have a workflow set to send an email notification when a new lead is created via a webform or a lead is edited. Same alert - "Create or Edit" When the web form is created, the email to the user is sent but the email notification that the lead was created is NOT sent. If I edit the lead, the email notification IS sent. Is there something else that needs to be done to get the initial create email send.
Error 554 Error code 5.7.1 and Error code 550 / 5.4.6
I have faced problems with bounce messages with error 554, even if there is the target mailbox, the message is returned. The mailbox is rubensneto@rfreitas.com.br An another error code is 550 error code 5.4.6 Mail rate exceed limit. Please help!
Failed Verification
Hi, I was trying to sign up for the email service. I entered my domain name and phone number. I was a 10 minutes late in entering the code and the code was not accepted. I tried doing the process again, but it won't accept the code now. Is there a way you can send the code again to that number so that I can continue the process? Thank you. Christian

Hello! I am new to zoho, and I have just about everything set up! However, for some odd reason, I don't recieve emails from webforums! Meaning I recieve emails if someone manually sends one to me, but not if I sign up on a website or something like that. How can I fix this? Thanks! - Ice
storage limits and workspaces
Hi a couple of questions if anyone can help. My zoho docs folder on my desktop shows files totalling 16gb, but in the admin folder of zoho docs it shows I am using 49gb of my 50gb limit. My personal folders are shared with 2 more users, but their storage used is minimal. Why am I using so much space? Secondly, what is the difference between sharing my personal folders and using workspaces to share documents. Would this less space? Thanks Paul

Zoho Invoice + Paypal integration
If I integrate my Paypal account into Zoho Invoice, when someone pays for an item using Paypal and an Invoice is recorded in Zoho Invoice, does it also record that user who paid on Paypal as a Zoho Invoice Customer? I'm hoping the answer here is that it doesn't, so that my Customer database isn't flooded with one of customers.
zoho assist desktop plugin not working
Hi Guys, I have the zoho assist desktop plug in on my laptop and it's worked great till now. When I launch it I simply get a red bar stating it cant connect right now. It works on my other desktop computer just fine. I tried to reinstall it however it's still not working. Can anyone please help? Cheers.
Change Google account used for Google Docs integration?
How do I change which Google account is used for the Google Docs integration in Zoho Forms? When I first tried to set up Google Docs integration, it grabbed a different Google account than the one I want to use. Now, whenever I try to set up Google Docs integration, it uses the incorrect account, never giving me a chance to select which Google account I want to use. Any ideas? Thanks! Ross

Integration with CRM
There needs to be a way of sharing prospect and client data between applications built with Creator and Zoho CRM. Creator gives the ability to build a full-featured applicaiton to capture and service the contacts/leads/prospects but CRM is needed to manage and follow-up. Last reference to this I can find is from Nov 2007. Any progress?

In case the Customer does not subscribe during the first call, we need to record hi détails in a simple CRM software so that we can follow-up later on (call him backor send an email), then transfer his détails to Zoho Subscriptions when he decides to subscribe. creator task to Zoho Crm
Trying to get the process clear in my head. We use cam and then creator to log customers equipment. Once a month creator produces a report of equipment that needs servicing. It would be useful if we could put a notification up in the contacts crm to say service due. the best way I guess is via a task. Is this possible and could someone point me in the correct direction of the process. I have searched but I am struggling to think mom the correct terminology.

assigned activities to accounts are not shown in activity report
Hi, I have assigned activities to accounts, however, when I create a report they are not shown. Only the activities assigned to my leads/opportunities are shown in the report. I am using Zoho Creator to create invoices in Zoho Invoices. Zoho Invoices auto-generates the invoice numbers. What code can I use to find the invoice number of the newly-generated invoice ? THE CODING I'VE TRIED: The following line creates the invoices successfully: response = zoho.invoice.create("Invoices", "633994822", values); I would have expected "inv" in the following line to give me the invoice number, but it results in a null value: inv = response.get("invoice_number");

Hi Guys, Basically most of my forms require to have subforms that are existing and the user is required to add to some of the fields in the subforms. So data is populated into the subforms and user is required to append to it. The main issue I have is the non-availability of the function to add or delete rows in a subform using deluge script. Hello, I am having a few issues with the Events panel. 1. in the old version the column width would auto regluate, now with the new one it seems that is has a minimum and max width, can this be changed? 2. I can decide what column to sort by, this is clear. So I usually have is sorted by "from date" and this works fine. But often I have 4-5 jobs in this event and they all have the same date.
