Does Zoho Campaign send to gMail users?
I have two gMail eMail addresses and I entered them both as "test" contacts in my Zoho CRM - to the burnout quiz takers list. Zoho Campaign says the eMails were sent to both test contacts (both gMail eMails). But, neither gMail account has received a new message and neither message can be found in the gMail spam folder either. Any ideas?

Timesheet - Logging Time Ahead
We are trying to see if Zoho projects can replace our current solutions which includes a timesheet system. One thing I have not been able to do is log future time. This is for vacations and holidays (we have an internal project with an appropriate milestone and task). Since our billing cycle is biweekly and people may be on vacation between those pay periods, without being able to log time ahead, it holds up processes. I have had issues adding new subscriptions, as I am new to this, but I have since tried to delete a few, and they remain in the Subscriptions screen as "Cancelled". I want them binned. Removed. So I have a clean slate of correct subscriptions. How do I do that?

Auto Charge Retainer Invoices
Why in the world does Zoho Books not allow you to automatically (or at the very least manually) charge a Retainer Invoice to a customers credit card on file? This is a REAL pain because everytime we generate a retainer invoice we have to manally go to our merchant and charge the credit card and then apply that payment to the Retainer Invoice in Zoho. Adobe Echosign Links not saving in Rich Text Fields?
Normally the URL that is inserted as a link in a rich text field works fine; i.e. they can be inserted, they save during update and are available in the rich text. However, Adobe echosign links sometimes fail. They get inserted fine, but on updating the field the link gets converted to straight text and only the description text remains.I tried converting the dash and underscore characters per other threads but did not work. Conditional Formatting Bug

Hello, All of our Webmail Email signatures configured have disappeared. What happened to them?? If I have to put them all them back in, I will be considering leaving Zoho as they took me over 5 hours to put 20 different email signatures across our company.
