Not receving email
We've just signed our entire company over to Zoho mail (free for now as a trial, but we were considering uprgrading to a paid account) but after only 2 days of using the service, sadly we are very disappointed. Some emails we write are not being delivered at all. We are sometimes receiving emails, but hours after they've been sent to us. Other emails, we are not receiving at all. Looking through the forum, it seems this is a common occurrence. Is this going to be resolved or are we better off finding
Customer gets UAC prompt when running join.exe after downloading from the join session web page
I have been evaluating zoho assist. I am very happy with the product, but there is a small issue which I hope can be resolved. So I invite someone to join a session for assistance. This customer visits the join session web page, enters the session ID and is directed to download the join.exe program. Customer is running Windows 10, logged in as an Admin User. Problem with the Zoho sheet view when contacts are filtered
Hi, I've got an issue. I filtered my contacts by the account name for example I only want to see contacts form "company A" then I want to export it with the Zoho sheet view. The problem is when i click in the sheet view my contacts are not filtered anymore so I have also contacts from "company B" "company C" etc... Is it a problem from our side or yours? Could it be solve because we really want to use this feature in the future.

Cannot Setup Unattended Access
I am brand new to Zoho Assist and it is not starting off well. Every time I try to set up unattended access I get: It doesn't matter what name I put in or what computer I try to set it up on I get the same problem. This is a critical feature for me, please help. Thank you

Hi, I'm not able to find any type of receipt or invoice for the payments we have made to Zoho Campaigns on our company credit card. I have tried using the self service portal (https://store.zoho.com/html/store/mytransaction.html) to access our payment history, but there is nothing there that I can download/print. Deleting files from dropbox while using Projects Doc Sync
Our firm is using Zoho Projects and we have a current project with a large project team and client team using the client portal, we have setup subfolders within the Documents section of the project, and then i wanted to use the Dropbox sync integration so all of the files that are being uploaded by the client users will download to our office desktops. Project time billing options
When billing project time, I do not see the option for showing each time entry separately with the notes. This is available in Zoho Books project billing and we have clients who wish to see their invoices this way. I'm kinda new at this and I need to figure out how to auto populate a field with the user name that is currently logged in. There is a mandatory 'Created By' field for all notes, but I want it to autopopulate with the user name that is logged in and adding the note instead of having to choose from a list of users.

When I went to sign up a new account I accidently entered an old mobile number, so I couldn't complete signup. When I try to sign up again I get the error "This Domain is not supported or is already registered with Zoho".
