Zoho looks like a great platform, so i signed up for a free account. Unfortunately, i am not receiving my email... Any ideas as to why? I sent myself a few test emails, but they did not come into my mailbox. The email address is a name@zoho.com address, so it is not an MX issue.

Hello, I just gave high yesterday an email with your own domain, reaching the step of inserting the phone number, I could not complete it and decided to do it today (the client did not command the núnmero). When I want to go tells me the password is wrong, put "forgot your password" and tells me that the account does not exist. Formula Fields - How to get the Text from a Lookup Field to be saved
I am trying to use a formula field to put together the values of some of the fields on my form: Example: Accounts + "-" + "Project" + "Products" On my form the Accounts and Products fields are Lookup Fields - Links to other forms that display the Account Name and Product PN. When this field executes I am left with the Record ID for Accounts and Products captured in this field. What I want is the Name of the Account and the PN of the Product. How do I get the text values of these fields to be saved
Added User field
All of a sudden the field AddedUser is being populated by "Public" for all records added to my ap by all users. My ap is not published but is for internal use only. I rely on the added user field to create reports and track which of my employees are entering their time cards. How has this happened (has been working fine for 8 months) and how do i fix it?

Is it possible to attach a file to an email that is attached to a CRM contact record? I would use the feature that allows you to attach files to a contact record quite a bit if there was an easy way to locate and attach those files to emails.

Hi Zoho team, Out email account 'sanjoy@buzzads.in' got blocked due to exceeded space. However, the user has deleted unwanted emails and now this user's storage usage is only 47%. How do you delete/masquerade the From address saying ...via zohosupport.com"
I've found that when templates are sent, like the "New Request Created" template, the From address will say "<support@xxxxxxx.com> via zohosupport.com". I don't want my customers to see the "via zohosupport.com", how do I change the settings within Zoho to fix this? It requires verification by sending a code to my phone for me to enter in a supplied field. But the conformation code I receive (as a text) seems corrupted. There's no code in the text message. I'm a VA. My client had 3 programs and I created 3 departments (A, B, C) based on those programs. I have a general department Membership that's associated with a membership@domain.com email address. If someone submits a ticket from one of those departments - A, B or C, I want it to go to membership@domain.com instead of aprogram@domain.com, bprogram@domain.com, cprogram@domain.com. undeliverable notice
I have 2 users who use outlook at my organization. Sometimes when they send an email it goes into the retry mail queue and just keeps a continuous loop of trying to resend the emails and they never get an undeliverable. Is there a way to have the emails not go into that retry queue and if they fail to send an undeliverable. It only happens with outlook on the computer as I use Apple Mail and it comes back right away. Thanks, Ted
