Zoho tells me the domain name is already registered.
We have a website with the domain name skaneland.org. My co-worker was going to create an Zoho email linked to the domain name. His secretary deleted the email he received from Zoho. Now he does not know the email and the password. He created this new Zoho email instead. When I try to link this new Zoho email to the domain name it says: "This Domain is not supported or is already registered with Zoho". I think the domain name is probably registered with the old old Zoho email. What can we do?
Error "Unable to connect to the server" when trying to migrate IMAP email-account to Zoho
Hello, When trying to migrate an IMAP email-account from strato.de to Zoho I keep getting the error-message "Unable to connect to the server" when adding an account to a migration. I learned from earlier posts that this might indicate an issue with the SSL-certificate on the IMAP server that you are migrating from. Could somebody from Zoho have a look what is causing the issue? Why can't I receive emails from LinkedIn to confirm my zohomail account or Bing Places for businesses? I can send and receive regular email just fine.

Every time I login into Zoho Campaigns I see the warnign saying that my email is not confirmed. The link to help page doesn't function for me. How do I trigger confirmation email being sent to me so that I confirm it?

Hi all, I'm using automation / triggers to send a canned message to my site's visitors. The first message is time based and appears after 5 second (e.g., "Hi, how can I help?"). I'd like a second message to be sent 10 seconds later (e.g., "If you need anything please let me know"). But the second message is not appearing. Is this possible? Thanks!

Able to Send mail but not receive any mail, issue of domain and sub domain
I am facing some difficulty due to domain subdomain. On my website is hosted on the domain robobionics.cuccfree.com and have used the same to configure zohomail. When setting the MX records I cannot add it to the same domain but have to point it to robobionics.cu.cc Due to the above I am able to send mails but not receive any.

Just interesting and funny. Apparently Zoho produces enough spam that emails from me to me (using my Zoho account) and from Zoho corporate end up in my spam folder :D

Zoho CRM Sync using Field Criteria
We're setting up a sync between Zoho Campaigns and CRM. Looking for clarification on the Criteria function. Our criteria is the value of a custom field (Stage). e.g. "Stage isn't 'Cancelled' ", so that all CRM contacts without Cancelled will be imported into Campaigns. If the value of the Stage field for a contact that is already in Campaigns changes to "Cancelled", will that contact be removed from the Campaigns list during the next sync?

I'm the admin of the CRM for my company. If I click on "Switch to New Version", does that migrate all of our users to the new version too or just me? Is it possible for me to make the switch to test and set up the new features before rolling out to the rest of the team?

Restricting visibility of Stage, Probability
Hi, I want to customize permissions for Standard profile. My objective is restrict visibility of all financial information in Potentials - Amount, Expected Revenue, etc. In Customization/Fields and Links, I am able to uncheck the box for visibility of Amount, Probability and Expected Revenue but can't uncheck Stage. Thus, a dollar amount is visible to the Standard users. Is there something else I can do to completely eliminate visibility of all $$ amounts for Standard users? Thanks in advance

One of my user having a problem in sending mail. When i checked in control panel with main user, we found that outgoing mail for the sub user "priya@integrocareers.com" was disabled. While trying to enable it back, we got a error message stating that, "operation permitted for paid users only".
