Initial email account
On initial setup, I didn't realize this email address would be linked directly to my Zoho Account. I would like to create a new email address for me on the super user account delete that account and set it up as a separate user.. Can you please advise?
Domain is not already registered
Hi guys! I was in the process to trying a free mail account for my domain (www.theanimalrepublic.com) with you guys, and thought the process of confirmation via phone number, i accidentally closed the confirmation window before i completed it, now when i try to start with the process all over again i always get this message - * This Domain is not supported or is already registered with Zoho - and can't continue with it after that :( . could you help me out please? Auto Increment ID
Hello, How is the value of the auto increatment ID field created or calculated? I've created a registration database reserving spots at a conference for the first X people who register. Will the auto increment ID always be greater for the most recent registrant--the most recently created record? In other words, I can rely on this ID to tell me the order in which people registered? Help with script for custom action

disable notifications
is there a way to disable the email notification from within a group? My management wants the intranet (connect) to stay self contained. I realize that this would mean a user isnt notified that there is a new post, but if we could either have a on/off notifications or ideally a daily/weekly summary of new posts that would be great.

I have a graph of Min and Max hours on the x, y axis. I would like the ability to create a bubble chart in Zoho Reports. That is, size of the bubble at certain point (say 5, 10) would be relative to the number of records with those matching values. Hello! I got two different domains in Zoho with separate accounts. Right now receiving or sending emails is not working for both, Zoho Mail web interface says it's sending them but nothing happens. Any maintenance going on? Cheers!

How to add custom fields in User profile (Not in standard and custom modules) or in admin settings?
Hi, I want to create custom field in User settings, profile so that I can save some Auth-keys in that field and that field will not be used in basic CRM flow. That will be accessed by us in API to get that key and to use that for authentication purpose. I have does this thing in Salesforce CRM. Before using Zoho email services i was using other email service provider , there i receives too many email on daily basis (of course most of those were spams ) but still i was receiving each and every email ... but after getting zoho email services I developed a feeling that i am not getting all of the emails ... same was later confirmed when many of my vendors reported to have sent me emails BUT i was`nt getting those emails... I can receive but I can't send emails from iphone via imap
Good morning! I sent off 2 emails this weekend from my iphone and I didn't realize that they were sitting in my outbox. I received a message that said "cannot send mail, an error occurred while delivering this message." I followed the instructions on the website regarding setting up zoho mail on my iphone, so I'm not sure what happened. Can someone please help? Thanks! :)

Creating a new lead from Gmail
We use to be able to create a lead straight from gmail. We are able to search and see if the lead is a new one but once I've created the lead it's not pushing thru to Zoho. Am I doing something wrong? PNG is attached. Many thanks
Mobile App Screen Rotation for Apple products
I have the ZOHO mobile app for my Samsung S6 and my Iphone 6. In my S6, I can turn my screen landscape wise and the screen will rotate so i can see more of my screen horizontally. However, no matter how I turn my Iphone 6 or my larger IPAD, the screen won't rotate. Yes, I even have the screen rotation button on UNLOCKED so it should rotate. All other apps rotate except Zoho mail. Is there a way to enable screen rotation?
Merge content into several campaigns
