How to switch to Developer edition ?
Hi, I just finished the free trial edition of Zoho Creator. My account automatically switched to the Free version. Since I can't use subforms with free edition, I would like to use the Developer edition. I'm in the developing phase of my project and I don't want to spend money until the app is ready to use. I can't figure how to convert an existing free edition account to a developer edition. Is it possible to get two series out of a single column?
Hi Let's say, I have the below columns. Column Name (example of data) Year (e.g. 2000, 2001) Country(e.g. India, China) Sex (e.g. Male, Female) Population (Numeric field) I want to plot two lines, each one to show population of India and China for years 2000 to 2015. Not sure how to achieve this simple-sounding objective because population of all countries, years and sex are in the same column 'Population'. Thanks for any help.
view emails from colleagues
Hi, i have setup imap email setting on both my and my colleagues account. Both setups are set to "public viewing" Now on the contact's slide we can both see all the emails exchanged. BUT: I am using the 2016 brand new version of Zoho CRM and my colleague is still using the old version .. he can click on all emails and view/read them. On the other hand I can see all the email exchanged but if I click on of of my colleagues emails it loads for a second and then nothing shows up... is this a bug in

edit a locked field
hi, I want to make new leads and define them as project titles and not as a person. Unfortunately, the name field is locked and seems to be the "main source" when looking for leads. I added a new field for the project title, however, it does not show up when I want to refer to this project. It only refers to the person, which I don't want. Adding all old subscriptions to Zoho
Hi, We recently moved to Zoho Books and we wrote the opening balance for last year so that we start fresh this year. This was perfect. We are now adding Zoho Subscription as we have many subscription services. The issue we are facing is that if I add a subscription today for a date starting 3/March/2016 it will not make invoice for it! This way I cannot have a full picture because the only other way I see is to manually make the invoice on Books and it will not be reflected on Zoho Subscription

I am not able to login into my admin email for the domain "hotcoins.do" which is info@hotcoins.do / atlanta@fastmail.fm It was working fine for a time. Cant recive mails from one special contact
Hi, my problem is, that i cant recive mails from EA. We dont recive a mail for a few weeks so EA updated our mails in their system. Today we recived a mail from EA but we cant open it with any browser or system. Another thing is, that this mail was recived by one of our adresses but there are two of our adresses in EAs system. Create new business mail account - unable to input phone numer
Hi guys, in order to create a new business account we need to input a phone number. ALL country codes except for +1 show the number as invalid. My GERMAN number in this format: +49 (123) 123 12345 shows as invalid. If I replace the +49 with a +1 no error is given out. I did that - and then most certainly I did not receive the verification code. Best thing: I am now stuck: I cannot register a new account because it seems the domain I used was added into the system. Add Feature to be able to create Document Folder Templates
Recently we have been using the Document feature in Zoho Projects. While there is much to be desired in modernizing the User Interface, we are finding it convenient to organize and store our project files here. One thing that would be handy is to be able to create a folder structure template that we can invoke when we create a new project. Mainly this will help us have consistent folder structures from one job to another. Having folder templates will also save time.
Manager Can't Edit Projects?
I'm a manager for an account and I can't seem to edit projects. Can't archive them, or bring them out of the archive. Also cannot start a new project. Has the privilege been taken away from managers? A few weeks ago I was able to create projects. I know the edit button should be next to the project name in the dashboard, but it's not showing up for me. Any help would be appreciated Dan

I have domain example.com which I recently bought. Our company has been using free yahoo e-mail so far. We want to have an @example.com e-mail My friend whose domain has used Zoho e-mail invited me to my yahoo.com email address so we both can get 5 free bonus users. How will I be able to claim free bonus users if my friend sent me invitation NOT to my example.com e-mail but my yahoo.com e-mail? Bear in mind we don't have @example.com e-mail setup yet.
