In the CRM, i'm trying to classify date field to get birthdays of the month (to send an email and attribute a task to sales team) , but in this way, i can't get that information. I've posted about this before but can't find it now. The average response time on the support rep home page doesn't respect business hours. I really need this figure. Hi Can different page templates be made for a contact by type? E.g. say I have a list of contacts but I would like to categorize them into contact type A,B,C. I was helping a friend create email with domain name:www.ootegas.com, I got to a point of phone verification and because the code didn't come on time, I went backward to see if I could add another phone number. Now, I can't access the phone verification page. I tried starting all over but keep getting message that www.ootegas.com already exist. Hi, I have created a new email template for events. How can I send emial to my client / lead using this template? Template is not available from leads nor clients tab (understandable as record type: Event was selected. But in the Event tab there is no option to send email. Am I missing something? How to see a full database export?
Our company is currently paying for the "Professional" level package that allows us to export 2000 contacts in reports at a time. Does anyone know how we can export a full list of our contact list in Zoho? I see the "Enterprise" level allows you to export 3000 at a time if I'm not mistaken. Would we have to upgrade to Enterprise to access our full list? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

No notification about google sheets export error
We use zoho forms with google sheets. The main problem is the lack of error notification . It looks like : 1. User submits form --smthing going wrong so that the zoho cant write submitted data to google sheets-- 2. We recieve OK-email notification 3. User recieve OK-email notification 4. We dont see it in google sheet and don't recieve any worning notification about that. so we are losing orders and customers' trust PS It is time for you start be attentive to customer issues. Trash icon / control
A trend in user interfaces lately that is driving me a little crazy is "controls show up sometimes" thing. Worse, tho, is when those controls are too small. I find this trash can icon too small in the list view. About 30% of the time, when I am attempting to delete an email, I end up opening the email instead. One thing that would also be helpful: multi-select in list view. No, not the checkboxes. I have to click each one. I mean select one, then shift-click select for a range.
Search within mail not working
Hi, For last three days or so, when I do a search within email account, no results are being received. Search terms I know are present and it will "no messages matched your search". I can't find anything that suggests others are having this same issue and it is really frustrating.
