Bulk Edit disable not working
Hi I have created an application in Zoho Creator and I want to restrict Bulk Edit in Reports. I have unchecked the Bulk Edit Record from Reports Setting -> Restrict Visibility but Bulk Edit is still enabled. Is there anything that I am missing.? Attaching screen shot for the same. Print Kanban tasks
Why does the printing of the Kanban chart not show and print all the tasks, it only prints task on the first page ( and does not print any that are on the scroll down)? It prints only a screen shot and any data off the screen does not get printed.
Outlook cannot connect to your SMTP server
Cannot send emails through Outlook anymore. Settings haven't changed. I can receive but not send. smtp.zoho.com Port: 465 Email was working fine with Outlook 2013 on Friday morning, but started giving me send/receive errors in the afternoon. I can send emails through the Zoho web-mail page, so why is it suddenly failing in Outlook? Need a fix for this ASAP!
Other users in my organization cannot access Templates library
I designed an email template to be used as an autoresponder for leads who sign up on our website. It is in the campaign library under customized templates. My colleague who is handling the Sales IQ account cannot access them even though he has a zoho campaigns which I invited him to and I have authenticated him. He also says even if he can see this template, it has to be in Zoho CRM for him to be able to import it to IQ, that he cannot import from campaigns. Please help, urgently. My account Id

country name in personal information setting page is wrong
Hi zoho mail team, When I switch to simplified Chinese language, the correct country name (國家/地區) of Taiwan is "台灣", not "中國台灣". Please help to modify this, wrong translation on country name is absolutely unacceptable. Zoho is a great internationalized company so I think you guys in zoho do know that providing a correct country name translation (i.e., 台灣) is one of the most important things to win and attract this country's potential customers. Outgoing & Income disabled...
Hi there, My account (which is the super admin for our email hosting with Zoho Mail) has suddenly become inaccessible from Outlook. Upon further checking the webmail interface, I now realize this user account hp@garudacap.com was disabled for incoming and outgoing mails, for unknown reason. Other email accounts under the same domain seem to work fine. Clicking the red area for disabled function (when trying to re-enable them), got the following error message "Operation permitted for paid user(s)

I am trying to set up sales inbox and having problems. I posted in the sales inbox forum but apparently no one watches it. Being Saturday there is no support. Never heard of customer support closing on Saturday. Oh well. Can anyone help with sales inbox?
De-activating and re-activating a user
I de-activated a user of Zoho CRM and now need to re-activate that same person. When I add him as a new user I get a message saying that the email is already, specifically: "This Email address is already taken. Specify a different Email address for the user". How do I completely erase a user from Zoho so that I can re-activate the same email account?
Cant receive emails
I have 4 email addresses for my business. i can send messages from all 4 but can only receive emails on 3 of them. Any ideas how to fix this ?
Query parameters
Hi Zoho Team, We are developing connector for Zoho CRM apps. In the exposed API's everything(all field) is going in query parameters. Even the Auth token is in query parameters. Hi Feeds could be a good feature but unfortuantly it seems seams to insist on showing every action that every user has carried out. Is there a way of restricting it down to only users that I have selected to follow. Cheers Dan

Can't send/receive mails even after mx records visible at third party tool
Hi, I have configured mx records for my domain(buddycorp.in) as per instructions and verified in the third party website provided. But still not able to send/receive mails on my account. Am able to login to zoho mail with my credentials and compose a new mail to be sent, but not received on other side. When I try to send a mail from other domains, getting message delivery error. Request you to please provide suggestions in solving my problem.

Account does not show member of group, but cpanel does?
Hello, In the cpanel, I see a user listed under a group that I've created. If I send email to the group email address, that user receives the email, which makes me think the user is actually a member of that group. However when I log in as that user, the groups section of the their account page says that user is not a member of any groups. How can that be, and which is correct? Thanks, Joe

Auto-labelling
I am a heavy user of labels. I use them to filter mails from my different customers. When I receive an email, I automatically label it with the company name of the contact it is coming from. But when I reply to a message, the reply is not labelled automatically. Zoho Mail does not give you the opportunity to label a message when you are writing it, or when you are responding to a message. You can only label messages that have been sent or received. My Zoho email successfully syncs with the Outlook app on my iPhone. Yea! I would like to have my Zoho calendar sync with the Outlook app on my iPhone, but cannot figure it out. Also, all my contacts are currently on my iPhone in the native Contacts app. I would like to sync them with the Zoho contacts and then have them sync with the Outlook app on my iPhone. Include empty values in pivot chart
Just wondering the following. I have created chart reports. The form it is based on a form with fields that can stay blank/empty. The chart ignores these fields. For example 1000 records with Gender field: 200 "Male", 300 "Female" and 500 left empty. The chart makes 100% of only the Male (40%) and Female (60%) together, but I would like it to be relative to the total records, so 20% Male, 30% Female and 50% null/empty/unknown. Is that possible?
