Removing old domain email / alias
Hopefully I can explain this without confusing everyone: I have changed my domain name and the old domain is no longer used. I have deleted that domain and added a new domain. The administration login under my old domain was admin@xxxxxxxx.com. I have created a new administration email address admin@xxxxxxxx.com for the new domain. Now here is where it gets wierd. Hello, I was trying to setup the following domain chatterjeesurgical.com in the process it asked me for OTP verification, but I waited for 30 minutes and I didn't receive any OTP in my mobile. During the process I initially gave admin@chatterjeesurgical.com as email for admin account. I set up domain keys configuration some time ago, but I forgot to change the domain record (delete t=y), so the domain key authentication did not work for some time. Now, I login into my account, I try to generate a new key, but I get a "Database operation failure" message. How can I delete the old record, so I can begin working on a new one?

Advanced CRM activities report
When I look at the advanced CRM analytics reports they all have additional reports, populated with my information except the activities report, this is the report I need! The description says folder contains detailed reports of Tasks, Events and Calls data, but when I click on the folder, nothing shows up. Any suggestions on how to run this report?

URGENT: Last Dialogue Time import not recorded, fields remain blank
I'm trying to import last dialogue times for ~2000 prospects. I have followed the exact date/time format as indicated in the import section and have even tried different formats. Nothing works. This is very frustrating as our ~2000 key prospects now lack lack Last Dialogue Times and this has messed up all our reminders. Can someone please help me out? I've already tried called you, livechat and the customer support section. Nothing so far, this is very frustrating!
