Super Admin mailbox address is different than its Email ID?!
Hi My super admin email/ID/everything was info [at] yami,us but I just changed it to al [at]yami,us Now as you see in screenshot its mailbox address is different than its Email ID and when I click change for mailbox address drop down menu, al [at]yami,us is not there! Also in Mail Administration >> Mail Accounts there is only info [at]yami,us (al [at]yami,us is missing there)

ActiveSync with Windows 10 Mail + Calendar app doesn't work
ActiveSync is working fine on my Android Device and on desktop with Outlook 2016 using 'msync.zoho.com' as server. But it doesn't with the integrated Microsoft apps for Mail and Calendar. It's no problem to configure the account (using 'msync.zoho.com') but it won't sync. I get an error message - translated something like this: An error occured There is a problem with the server or your network connection. Try again later. Error code: 0x85010005 Any ideas? Will you be updating ActiveSync
I don't like the app very much and would much rather use Sparkle app which works with ActiveSync. However, when I try to use ActiveSync to set it up, I get the message that a very old version of ActiveSync is being used and please ask the administrator to update ActiveSync on the server. Even with the default iPhone email client, mails are not very smooth. Sometimes deleted emails reappear and appear as unread.

Hi Zoho team, I am currently using zoho mail for work. I used Get Response (email marketing software) several times and now all my emails go directly into Gmail spam box. Yes, now I know that was a stupid thing to do. But this is my email for work and it has been printed on all my namecards, so changing it would be troublesome. Is there any solution for my problem? Schedule for Tomorrow and Next Week?
I was using Coschedule and one of the things I really liked was that posts could be scheduled for repeating "Tomorrow" and "Next Week" which made it easy to repost stuff quickly. Zoho has a scheduler but it's a bit harder to use with dates and weeks. Can you just add check boxes for a couple of options like tomorrow/next week?

Territories Dropdown - Can't Select a Territory and Its Subterritories

I have followed the instructions for setting up the mail in outlook and for some reason Outlook on my Mac won't connect to the Zoho Server. "From" Name does not match Profile name
Hi, I created an account with three separate users and one of them, despite the profile details being correct, still shows up in others' email inbox with my name on it. It is the admin account. Is there some other location where name needs to be changed, in order for the the Reply name on the admin account to match the new user's profile name? Thanks

New Creator App Portal Design
Hello, The new design deployed this weekend takes up to much screen real estate. We run scores of apps that need constant management and the list view with search was the most efficient way to drill down to the application needed. Please modify to allow a list or panel view depending on preference. Please return the list narrowing search box! Also the ability to not duplicate applications would be a deal killer! We need that function back! We use a template app and then copy it for our projects.

I want to show my complete working ZOHO databases to some important military visitors from their Embassy in Washington, D.C. this August at Camp Atterbury, Indiana. The camp does not have available WIFI, nor can a civilian computer be connected to their lines. I know that you can create a list view, etc, but I was just thinking it would be nice to have a box you can check or something to basically add an account on the CRM to a to-do list so it'll populate a list you can review and once you're done, remove the check to take it off your list...or check it off your list.
