Hi. I've been using Zoho Mail for about two years with my domain www.abordotattoo.com.ar and up until yesterday everything worked fine, but since yesterday I can't receive emails (I can send them though) and this warning keep showing up: "The MX Records of your domain abordotattoo.com.ar are not pointed to Zoho and you may not receive emails in Zoho." I have not made any change on my domain or webhosting. I've checked and my MX Records are they are pointing to mx.zoho.com. My webhosting is 000webhost.

How do I "unassociate" a form with a custom tab?
Hi, I developed an App and Form in Zoho Creator to test to see how it works. I imported the app/form into Zoho CRM and liked what I did. The form required some changes, which I was able to do in Creator. Now when I try to import the app/form into Zoho CRM again, I get the following error message: "This form is already associated with a custom tab. Please choose another form." I tried to find the custom tab, but can't find that either. Where/how would I break the association? Thank you! John Galich

When creating a new hosted page for a subscription, the docs state that the redirect_url parameter "...specifies the url to which the customer will be redirected after successful transaction." That's all well and good and makes sense. In the event of an unsuccessful transaction however, what is the program flow? Can't access the account
Hi, I'm having problems with signing in to the free e-mail service. I tried to set up the account with my own domain (browarignis.pl) and at first it seemed that I've succeceeded, but now it stopped working: I can't access my mail account (lukasz at browarignis.pl) - all I get is an error page with message "Account not Active". I can access Zoho Accounts page though and change e.g. password and it seems I'm still logged in into this forum. I tried to log in with different browser and it's not possible

CRM and Invoice integration
I used to have access to the invoice module in my CRM. Now, that option is gone. I tried to reintegrate, but the Invoice option is not present. If I log directly into Invoice and look at the integrated apps and the CRM is still present in my integrated apps, but I have this message next to the integrated CRM app. I have not changed editions, what has changed? I've created a merged Word doc to print a Work Order for my tech dept. Every field merges except the "Contact Note" field. I've physically copied the notes from ACT! v11 and pasted them into Zoho's Contact Note field. Can the Contact Note field be merged into a Word doc?

So I'm having a problem with our email accounts that says my MX records are not pointing to zoho. "The MX Records of your domain(s) olem.com.ar are not pointed to Zoho and you may not receive emails in Zoho How to change MX records." I looked in 000webhost and the MX records and it appears to be configured as it should be. This happened all of a sudden, it was until today working fine!

Looks like someone had my domain before us and we keep getting spam for a very old email address that never existed for us. Can I have all emails that go to this email address automatically get deleted instead of going to spam?

I have been blocked for several days now after my account was spambotted. I've used the support email (via another email address) and you've given me an interim response. I've posted on the forum in several places and you've asked me to enable TFA - which I have - when you weren't ignoring me. What else do I need to do before I can get my email address back please? And before you remind me that I'm on a free account (which I am), I pay for other Zoho services so consider myself a paying customer.

Images disappear when cloning a campaign.
Good Afternoon, I have been trying to pinpoint this cause of this issue for sometime now. Has anyone figured out a solution? When I clone a campaign, some (but not all) images disappear and I must reinsert them. We send region specific content to varied lists, but would like the over all format including the pictures to remain the same. Reinserting the pictures takes a great deal of time. Any advice? Thanks!

Do you guys have any plans for an option to make additional mail accounts dump into the main account instead of creating a separate area for each additional account? It's really annoying to switch between accounts and not use the same folder structure and see all the accounts in the same place. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Emails stopped coming in two hours ago. I've had people test sending me emails and noting is coming in. I have used up 81% of space so that is not the problem.
Scanner problem on mobile app
Anyone having problems with the barcode scanner through Creator? I have a database which is used as an inventory system for surplus computers and scan the manufacturer barcode. I have been using a mobile app scanner field, but it is very inconsistent (only about 30%) actually scanning a barcode through Creator. I thought it might just be my phone (Nexus 6P), but I don't think that is the case anymore as evidenced below. I started using an Android app called Bar Code Scanner Pro (on the same phone)
