Customization dialog for top panel bug: prevents customizing
Workspace or Wiki > Settings > Customization > Top panel > Edit button Should invoke dialog for editing top panel. That panel does get invoked (as judged by DOM inspector), but it's positioned below bottom of browser window. Cannot be brought on screen by editing DOM. How can I re-verify my email authentication settings?
My hosting provider recently upgraded and changed my web server, giving me cause to make changes to my somewhat convoluted setup due to separate domain, email and hosting providers...! I notice that the Email Authentication (SPF/DKIM) cannot be re-verified. That is, once verification is done, you cannot test again to make sure the settings are still good. Also unable to send via Outlook, and incoming mail is extremely patchy (occasional email coming through hours after it was sent - most emails I know have been sent by customers haven't arrived). Hello, I am using Zoho mail for a non-profit group, a 4-H organization, in which often I have to send out information to members in a group email. Last night I received an error message when trying to send out a message. The error message reads "Unable to send message;Reason:550 5.4.6 Mail rate exceeded limit". Zoho Books/Financial Suite and Zoho CRM Integration
I have the Zoho Financial Suite integration turn on in Zoho CRM. Things like products, and client information seem to be syncing on their own just fine. However I noticed that when an Invoice or Estimate is created in Books it doesn't seem to show up in CRM on its own unless I click the sync icon on the CRM Account screen. Is this normal behavior or should Invoices/Estimates be showing up on their own?

Invitation to team members is not sending email
I am using free version of the CRM. I have added a new team member, however, the invitation email is not going to the user. He is checking spam/junk folder, but nothing there either. I have tried to 'resend invitation' a few more times on different days, and no luck yet. Has anyone faced similar problem? Thanks!

I have a file containing 70,000 records - product names, pack sizes and pack costs, which is updated outside of zoho creator weekly. I have imported the first file into zoho creator which is used in a form with a dropdown field "Product name". How to move Workspace to new Wiki
Hi folks, Having built out a sub-wiki (Workspace), what are my options to move or copy that to a new Wiki? I had thought that Backup might help here, but zoho's docs on Backup all say that the resulting zip download is not suitable for uploading for restore purposes. Obviously I don't relish the thought of having to manually copy the pages one-by-one to the new Wiki, whereupon presumably the page-to-page linking will need fixing. Thanks, Graham
