Contacts from Email with other fields
Hi, I am emailing tickets from my Wordpress site to Zoho support. This means that my contacts are all the email sender from my Wordpress site. Is there a way to interpret the email to create the correct contact? 1) email = reply-to address 2) parse subject line? how have others solved this? regards, Michael

Programatically update multi-select lookup field
Multi-select lookup fields are represented by bigintlist. However, there is no add() or insert() function to programatically update the list. How am I supposed to modify the list? There is a intersect() function on list but not union(), which would allow me to merge two lists together. That's another useful function. Help please!
Desktop - Chrome
Every time my partner signs in to her account on the desktop on chrome as that's the only browser we have, she can login but soon as she loads up mail it loads the page then logs her back out telling her to login, no errors no nothing soon as the email client is fully loads so just before this we do see emails loading in the back ground and then it logs her out, but she still gets her emails to the zoho client on the mobile domains is kukki.co.uk I have just checked and this still happens on IE,
Zoho Creator emails not working well (50% hit rate)
Hi, I have a Creator app which send about 200 emails a day to various parties. For the last 5 days the emails have simply not been sent - about 50% of them. This may relate to a black listed server?? Do anyone else have similar problems??

I cannot save an image in a message. It's very frustrating. I include the image and I can see it. When I save the message the image disappears. I'm using an image I've used many times before from a folder where I keep the images.... Help....!!!!!!
Fully authorized user can't see certain reports!!!
Notice in the screenshot there are two users. lexshan8 (me) and andrew.raymond they both have the same access Role and Profile. I specifically shared the entire application (Settings->Share->Invite, selected the root component, all sections, all reports and all forms) to andrew.raymond How come he still can't access the Orders - BO report? It's not showing up on the navigation menu at all. In fact, none of the Order related reports are showing. However, he can create new Order form. Totally weird.

Mails not downloading muiltiple clients
Hi, I have multiple clients (outlook, ipad, android) which don't download consistently the emails from zoho. I can see the webmails but not download. On my android device I had to delete the account and add it using a different mail client (K9). Is there something that changed a while ago that means the client won't download? My account and that of my partner is the same and it appears to have been like this on and off for some time. Please help.

Migration problem with account - contact associations
When I ran the import wizard the first time it presented me with option to make the association of inbound contacts to their respective accounts/companies. It also presented me with the option to deduplicate. I had to undo the import due to issues and eventually I deleted EVERYTHING from contacts, accounts and potentials. Now it does not present the option to map the "Account Name" It simply is not on the map. Also, the deduplication option is gone. Why is this and how can I fix it? John Tytus

group emails not imported in Z_Campaigns
Hello Zoho Team, I have many customers and contacts who use email address "info" - it looks more professional - but can't import them into Campaigns. Could you fix this for me, please? Since I have already sent a first newsletter to my audience (less "info" addresses) could you suggest me how to send the same newsletter to "group emails" but avoiding to send again same newsletter to the previous recipients, in order to have my complete audience at the same stage? When I send outgoing emails to email address the other recipients recieve the message, but when emails are sent to me zohomail email address I do not see anything in the inbox, please provide assistance I have already updated the mx records by the way.

Call export to spreadsheet from a function
Is there a way to call the export to spreadsheet command, based on criteria, from a custom function? I have a form with a field called Print_Label that is either True or False, default being set to True. I need to export all records where Print_Label is True to a spreadsheet, then set the Print_Label field to False. The later is easy to do with a function, but I don't see a way to trigger the export to spreadsheet option, or to do so based on criteria.
Imap dates wrong after migration
After creating an account, my emails have incorrect dates and are in completely the wrong order in my Inbox. I have tried viewing the inbox via IMAP on iPad and the problem is the same. When I look at my inbox in Outlook the dates are correct.
Potential & Zoho Financial Suite
I've read a couple of posts on the forum where people were able to get this to work via a custom function but I haven't been able to get it to work - can someone help? Importing contacts from mac
I haven't found instructions for importing all of my contacts from my mac contacts to zoho. Can I do them all at once (over 600 contacts)? It exports them as a vcard. Will I have to reformat them then? I haven't done this before, and am worried about a very time-consuming fix! I'm not even sure which forum I should be in...
RightSignature integration
Is there any integration with RightSignature? We just started using RightSignature to send/receive documents for signature, but I'm noticing it completely bypasses Zoho; there's no way to BCC Zoho the document. Any chance for this?

Linkedin profile - possibility to see the level of each user
Hello, it would be great, if it would be possible to see which user is on which level at the associated linkedin profile. It would ease a team work a lot, if I could see that I am at a second level, but my colleague has this contact in a first level. Or at least, if it was possible to see, if any of the users is in a first level at this connection. Hello? Its been 3 days since we sent an email and nearly a day since we posted in the forum. If Zoho is unwilling to help please explain so we can find an alternative provider. Ignoring customers and making it difficult to do business is not practice. We have done nothing wrong but your system is penalizing us . Your system will not let us unblock and doesnt even give a reason as to why it was blocked in the first place. Please advise.

Hi, Is there a way I can enter the discount in amount, instead of mentioning it in percent terms? For example, if the price of book is $10 and, I sell it for $8. How to release a domain on another account?
Hi folks, I registered a domain from a Wix account for the free email forwarding, etc. The process was never completed, but the email linked is now unavailable and we cannot gain access to it. I tried to use the domain on this account, but it says it's already registered. How can I go about releasing the domain with no access to the account that put it on? I still have full access to Wix to verify, etc. Any thoughts?
