Hi, I added domain verification cname record to my domain dns few hours ago. but still domain cannot be verified. this is the error msg. please help me to verify my domain name. :)

I want to logic into my survey (at the end on the last page) and would like to add a question logic, using a particular answer entered in a previous page or based on an incoming parameter. Eg, if the answer for question A on page 1 was equal to 'A', I want to insert an extra question at the end of the survey (on the last page) How can this be done? Thank you
How to save page layout for Account/Contact module in zoho CRM?

Show only subtotals in reports
Hi, I have a database with ~2000 customers, each with a potential sales value. I can easily make a report that lists them by country / region / whatever, and make subtotals. What I want to do is only show the subtotals, ie potential by Europe, Asia etc. I tried "hide details" but this still shows all lines. What I want is a collapse function like excel subtotals. Does this exist?

Hi all, We are in the process of setting up Zoho Recruit. I can NOT locate the resume inbox feature in settings. Can someone please provide clear instructions on how to locate and setup this feature? Zoho Campaigns: Email Image opening problem in IE 10.
dear sir, I am sending emails with images through zoho campaigns. My image is not displayed on IE 10. The image is not opening with this browser however, it is fine with Google Chrome. I have also changed the file name with extension but no fruitful results. I although, tried your built in templates without any change in text and picture but the images also are not opening with IE. Does Sendmail rely on the local email client or is it cloud-based?
I have created a Schedule that scans a table for overdue tasks and generates a reminder email to the task owner. This runs nightly and works fine, but I just noticed that all the generated emails appeared in the Sent mailbox of my machine, which implies to me that emails are NOT being sent through the Zoho cloud host but rather through my local email client. That is not good, because it implies that if my machine doesn't happen to be running (and logged into Zoho, I guess), the emails won't go out.

Hi, I think I have successfully setup my MX records. I added in priority 10, 20 and 50, and mx.zoho.com, mx2.zoho.com and mx3.zoho.com respectfully. There are no other MX records present. I can send but still am not receiving any emails if I directly send an email from another service provider to my account here at Zoho. CRM Sync not starting - CRM segments not complete
