Dear support team My domain setup - www.poly-asia.com.hk We need your help, due to we try to setup a domain email last night, but the CNAME record wrong setup, so the zoho system was held / frozen the 2 user accounts - kevin@poly-asia.com.hk / kwan@poly-asia.com.hk Until this morning, we are successful re-setup a CNAME in DNS setting, and we are only using the user name kevin1@poly-asia.com.hk. Unfortunately we are unable to re-create the 2 user name with kevin@poly-asia.com.hk and kwan@poly-asia.com.hk
Losing Click on a Mac

Invoice task with start and stop times
I am wanting to show the start and stop time on each billable task in the invoice. Basicly, line item one date xxxxx start xx:xx-end xx:xx total hours x.xx. So far I can only get it to show date and total hours. Under the New Log Entry on the time sheet, I can enter the time frame but I want those times to show on the invoice So I am asking, is this possible or something in the works, One of my clients ask's for the time frame. I can do this in the notes but it is a duplication of effort.

I created a test email campaign and send it to 4 persons, it is showing that the email has been delivered to all of them, but it was actually delivered to 3 of them. The person having outlook account, did not receive the mail.

Adding users / sharing the application?
Hi Zoho! I'm trying to add users from my company to use the Zoho Creator system I've created. Right not I have 7 separated pro accounts that are shared to the application - I think this is not what I was supposed to do... When trying to add the users on the "Share" tab under the application settings, it contradicts something in the system and the users cannot access the system at all. What do I supposed to do than? Hi, I am having difficulty sending the autonumber to a number field in another form... Seems simple enough, but this is how it appears in my app 2 Forms 2 Tables Main Form Main Form Table ------- Subform ------- Subform Table Main Form - Generates Autonumber. Can I set up invoices to allow patients to sign on as a guest using an invoice number or patient unique identification number and a password (provided to the patient on the invoice) without having to supply an e-mail address with the option of setting up an account using their e-mail address? Email delivery errors on multiple devices after deactivating TFA
Hi All, I recently enabled TFA to see if it was worthwhile. I found it too intrusive and so have deactivated it again via accounts.zoho.com. However since deactivating TFA, all my devices regularly report errors when trying to retrieve email, even though they do intermittently succeed in retrieving it. Would appreciate any info on cleaning up any left overs of TFA to stop these messages appearing.
Allow assignment rules for additional sources
From what I understand - assignment rules are only available for new candidates created via import or webform. However we use the API to capture new applicants from our website. I would like those to be assigned via automated rule. Thanks for considering.

Hi, I'm looking a way to change the "Tax section" of several invoices. During the import from another accounting system, it created a different Tax category on a few invoices. SERIOUSLY need to revisit the restriction of 250 mass emails per day limit
I have a large network that I e-blast to that I simply cannot accomplish utilizing the mass email feature in the CRM. I have to resort to constant contact - which defeats the entire purpose of the CRM mass emailing. Zoho seriously needs to increase this limit significantly or we will be forced to look for a new CRM.

Image not displaying in PDF
I have a rtf that contains an image. The image shows correctly when I view the record using a record summary. However if I use the export as PDF link the image shows as a blank box. There is also a signature field that does show correctly. If I use the print button and print to a PDF using PDF Creator the image shows correctly. Is there anything special that needs to be done for an image to show using the built in PDF? Such as publishing the underlying report or form?

Notifying the user by email upon subbmission
Hi, I'd like the form to automatically send an email notification with the submitted information to the user submitting the form. In settings, I found the "Email & Notification" where you can specify only your own email, and the "Notify user" checkbox under that that seems to have no effect. In the form I created there is a mandatory email field, so I want to grab the address and send an automatic message with the rest of the info. How do I do it, if it is at all possible? Thanks!

Hi, my leads and accounts which have accounts with outlook do not receive via crm. Although email and yahoo accounts are accepting email. CRM shows that mails have been sent but actually these are not delivered to the account holders. How can I sort out this problem. Please help.

Hi, i did not realize that deleting emails from the Zoho web actually removes all my email directly from my ported email account set up in my phone, iPad and laptop. Bounced email with ResponseCode 421 (Read timed out)
Since last Friday I had issue where all my emails to client's particular domains (hosted in the same in-house mail server using mDaemon) with ResponseCode 421 (Read timed out). It was working well before Friday. I have asked them to check whether Zoho SMTP is on RBL. My computer is clean of virus and I sent nothing but regular email or doc/ppt attachment. Data Issue with Emails
I have always download emails into my laptop and phone. Today as my email account was almost full, i went to clear them thinking that my laptop and phone will already have the copy. After clearing, i was horrified to find that all my emails were wiped out concurrently from my phone and laptop email app. What kind of system is this! No notifications, no warning at all? Disappointed.

Clients who use outlook portal, do not receive emails?
I have outlook connectivity with Zoho CRM. Now when ever I send email to my leads/contacts, then the clients who use outlook at the other end, do not receive my emails. Gmail or yahoo clients are receiving emails as usual. Although CRM shows that email has been sent. Is it happens because I have free version or anything else?

Best way to create/modify our own Invoices/PO/Packing Slips?
We are at the point in our testing where we need do figure out how to make minor modifications to the Zoho templates that so that certain custom address fields and such show up appropriately. What is the best way for us to go about getting these customizations done? Do we mock it up in photoshop and send to you with markups of what fields we need where? Mail not flowing through to new zoho setup
Good day I have updated my mxrecords with my registrar but am not receiving any mail (or delivery error messages from the the sender. MXtoolbox gives the following results on the mxlookup: And when I go to the "solve problems" option I get the following results: My registrar is Hetzner (hetzner.co.za) and my DNS settings appear as follows: I deleted a number of cname and A records in addition to the the mx record before entering the zoho settings.
