Hi I'm looking to integrate Zoho CRM with Instamojo payment gateway. Instamojo will post transaction details on to a webhook which need to provide to update my Zoho CRM database. Updating an embedded Zoho spreadsheet
Hi, I have successfully embedded a Zoho spreadsheet on a (password protected) webpage on my site. I would like people visiting the page to be able to update the spreadsheet, but can not find a way to do this. The spreadsheet says ‘NOTE: Any changes that you make will not be saved to the original document.’ Is it possible to change the settings for the embedded sheet so that changes CAN be saved? Hi, Yesterday I created a new campaign in Zoho: 'Toshiba : Special Deals on Toshiba Satellite Pro,Portégé and Tecra'. I uploaded the html file and images and sent a test mail to test the deeplinks, as I always do. Result: Every link was redirected to a unknown url (page cannot be displayed). Hello, I am currently testing how Zoho works. I just opened a free business email account with Zoho, and it does work fine on the computer. But when i try to login using the Zoho mail mobile app, it gives me the error "zoho mail/contacts service is not enabled for this account. Kindly contact your admin..." I believe i do have mail/contacts active for that account. Is this a bug or am i missing something? Thanks

Hi there, in the case of a single Contact having multiple Potentials associated to it, once you go to the Potentials records each of them show the exact same emails on the 'Email Related list'; all ordered by date Is there a way or something in the pipeline that would allow only emails related to that particular potential to show & not others?

Missing Email Was Never Delivered
I still have not received all the missing emails that were "delayed" the past few days due to DDoS. Can I get an update? In Zoho's public announcement, you said no emails were lost... that they were just delayed. How come I still have not received any of those missing emails? From what I can tell, I'm getting emails okay now, but I never got the missing emails from a few days ago. What's taking so long for those emails to show up in my inbox? Record insert in account module suddenly stopped working
hence the ZOHO response for past 3 days and doesn't fix it yet.. at first the record was inserting good, but update was not working hence i have contacted support to check and help us for the update process, but when they started they support process the record itself is stopped inserting and they as me to check with my code which was already working that too with silly solutions like - use " instead of ' and more solutions kinda the same i don't know whom to communicate regarding this issue Ticket

I am trying to create a workflow task form. step 1: a user will inform that a new staff member will be joining (this is standard info-name/ start date etc) step 2: the contents of this form will flow to the IT department for them to action ( i am not sure how to get the filled in information from step 1 to come into step 2 (non editable just visible) step 3: some information gathered in step 1 & step 2, will be sent to another department for them to action some internal steps. step 4: a welcome email

Latest Version Bug with Subforms & Bidirectional Relation
@ Zoho Creator Support, In the latest version there is still an issue where the Bidirectional Relation field in the subform clears after updating the main record. I sent a support request about this a month ago. Since then I am using multiselect lookup fields in place of subforms, but I need to use a subform now(lookup field won't suffice). Unable to connect to server IMAP
I have had my Zoho email account set up on my phone for years now and for the past 24 hours, it will not sync and I keep getting an error stating "Unable to connect to server". I noticed that this happened after I logged into my email through a web browser and opted to do additional security with my cell phone number and specific codes. I have already tried changing my password. Any ideas?
