Why I can not delete departments
2 mailbox with one domain
Hi, I would like to know if its possible to set up a second mailbox using the same domain name. I want the 2 mailboxes to remain separete. example - i use one called admin@aquarangers.com i wish to set up a second one called - info@aquarangers.co but I do not want the emails to be shared between mailbox Is it possible - can you let me know how this can be done. The categories drop down doesn't seem to work so I can't create any help articles? Is there some trick to making it work.

I was noticing that Zoho Books/Inventory seem very tightly and neatly integrated but I didn't see the same contacts in Zoho CRM show up. I was just curious if there is any integration between Zoho CRM and Zoho Books/Inventory?

How to build a "Lead time to contact" report ?
We have leads coming from web forms and until someone take that lead into account and changes the status, it can take hours or even days. I would like to study in a graph the split per time period needed to answer. For example this would be: - answered in a day or less: 123 leads - answered in 1 day: 85 - 3 days: 52 - .... Activate BCC dropbox issue
I'm trying to activate a BCC dropbox but cannot find this information anywhere in my account. I found the following instructions on how to set it up: Click Setup > Users & Permissions > Profiles. In the Profiles page, click the Edit link corresponding to the profile that you want to edit. From the list of profiles, select the BCC Dropbox check box under General Permissions. Click Save. When I go to "Users & Permissions" I only have "users" as an option and no link for "profiles". I cannot find
Email integration
Hi there - I am new to Zoho CRM (loving it so far!) but am wondering how you can set-up email such that when, for example, you click on a contact's email address, it will open your chosen email program (e.g., MS Outlook) to initiate communication. Under personal settings, I see you have the option to establish a Zoho mail account but not sure this is what I need to do. Any suggestions would be appreciated - thanks!

Bank reconciliation
I had not used BOOKS for a while but when I went in to categories my accounts the bank feeds had dropped out. When I re activated the bank account feeds, some bank feed transactions are now going into the wrong bank accounts in BOOKS but not all. Its like the is a bug in the BOOKS system causing them to cross over into the wrong statement. Please advise.
Zoho crm android app
Hello Folks, I am fairly new with zoho crm and so far it has been a stuggle. I can not open an attachment in an email that is in the zoho crm app. When I try to open it, it says that it is an unsupported file. It doesn't matter if it is a jpeg, pdf, word, etc. I can however open them if I go to my email client just fine so I know it isn't a device issue. It's stupid that I have to keep going to 2 different email client areas. I thought the point of a crm is that everything is in one place and saves
Integration with paypal is not working

How do I record NSF cheques?
Hello, I'm using Zoho Books for a membership group. Quarterly dues are $390. Frustratingly our members occasionally write an NSF cheque. So I've previously recorded the income (Sales Without Invoice) as $390 and now want record –$390 to show the returned cheque. But the system doesn't accept negative entries like Quicken does. So, I created an expense account called NSF Membership Dues and recorded it there. I don't like this solution. Is there a better one? Thanks, Richard
what is the difference between a deleted user and an inactive user in zoho recruit?
I have two inactive users I cant delete cause it says closed and I dont know how to delete them or even if I need to. What is the difference between deleted and Inactive? I also dont want other users to see the deleted users as it seems like there may be a lot of turn over then.
Form default
I would like to request a way to change the default value for a specific form or forms to be "all requests" rather than "all active employee requests". As of now, I have to go in and change it every time I look at a form for employees (since most are not active in the system). When will that functionality be available?

No account of changes on my newsletter.
Hello, I have a problem to take account of changes on my newsletter. When I save the corrections. The recording is going well. But when I view the newsletter or when I come back to edit it, the changes have not been taken into account. I redid a second newsletter : same problem. Hi, I am getting super tired of spam on Zoho. Everyday I get at least 10 spam that are almost similar. They do land up in spam folder but it's a chore that I have to visit spam folder a few times a day and delete them. I never had such problem with same email id on GMail. Bug? - Invoice indicates paid but not paypemt via Paypal not completed
I have found that a customer can initiate a payment through Paypal which doesn't complete successfully due to lack of funds. Zoho shows as payment successful in Invoices but nothing comes across to the bank account.

Problem with session reports number
Hello, when i get session reports i can only view 20 entries, if I click on Next to view more or select to show more than 20 entries per page, i get a blank page. I have tried with IE, Firefox and Chrome and same result. Please help.
using email links in Windows 10
My PC has just upgraded to Windows 10. It is frustrating when I click on an email ink anywhere it tries to load up Outlook or Mail or other mail clients. How can I set it so so when I click on an email link it opens up the compose email box in Zoho.

Hi, I'm having a problem similar to alot of people but haven't found a solution browsing the forums. I have transfered my emails from Godaddy to Zoho. My email address info[at]begovic.ba can send but not recieve emails. From some domains, like gmail, mails arrive no problem. Emails that are hosted on GoDaddy go into the old inbox. Is there something I'm overlooking? I deleted godaddy MX servers, pointed the new MX to zoho with correct priorities but it still won't go to Zoho.

How can I fetch text info from related form in email notification?
Hello My trouble is as title. Form2 has a lookup field(dropdown) to Form1. In email notification of Form2, I'd like to tell the selected item's name to the person who input data. When I tried like "<%=Form1%> ", only ID of Form1 record appears in notification email. Is there a good way to fetch info of Form1 record in Form2 notification email? Thanks Tadashi
How to change 'from' name?
Hi everyone, I'm trying to have my emails reading as 'Gerry' (my first name) 'from my company.com'. I've changed my name details in the User Details/Mail Account page, but emails are still being received as my First & Second Name. It only seems to work if I delete all of the users email addresses and sign up again using First name & then 'from my_company.com' for the second name. However, as I am the administrator, I can't delete my own user account. If anyone can solve this I'd be very grateful.

I created my form with a paypal payment option, but there is no way to click on it and make a payment, it just shows the dollar amount and the paypla icon.
Closed/Completed Subtasks not hidden when setting task list to only show Opened tasks
The sub-tasks have been a welcomed addition to Zoho Projects. One thing I really hate though, if you have your task list set to only show Open tasks, after you complete/close a subtask, it is still visible. Any chance on this being fixed?
