I have custom fields for accounts that I create. I can see the data myself on my iPhone & iPad apps, but my outside sales can't see those data fields. Do I need to share those fields with them and how do I do that?
Email Address in Group Being Disabled for no Apparent Reason
We use Zoho Mail Groups to do some basic forwarding of email for some members of our organization who don't need full mailboxes. Take Screenshot in remote session
Hi, Great tool Zoho Assist. I think it would be a good idea to be able to take a screenshot of a remote session. I am fully aware I can just tap print screen, but this will include my browser window and anything else I have on screen - and also the remote session resolution will not be good. By having a "Take Screenshot" option, it could take a shot of the remote screen and save it as a native resolution image. Is it possible to schedule autoresponder emails more than 45 days out?
I'm looking at implementing some drip-feed marketing processes. I can setup the dynamic autoresponder with initial email and multiple follow up emails. My problem... it seems you can only schedule an email to be sent up to 45 days out. Does anybody have a way around this or a better implementation with custom functions? much appreciated

I set up mail forwarding to a yahoo address. It was working fine for quite a while, but now I am getting a mail forward failure. Cannot get Outlook 2016 to connect to Zoho server
I am moving from Entourage to the new Outlook but where I had no problem with Entourage I cannot get Outlook to connect to the Zoho server. All settings are the same.
Show all contacts attachments on the account level
Just wanted to ask, wouldn't it be nice if we could see all file attachments for all contacts associated with an Account on the Account page? Right now if a user attaches a document to a contact it is only available on the contact page, If an account has 5+ contacts it can be frustrating to try and locate where the file was attached. I think it would be nice to be able to just go the the Account level and see all files attached to all the Account's Contacts. Thomas

How does one go about create a template, hopefully with added macros or custom buttons for indents, specifically i want to create a screenplay template. I searched and found a thread on a screenplay template but I can not find that elusive unicorn (screenplay template) in the templates library. I would like to create a screenplay template to be able to e.g. quickly indent a character name and related dialogue, etc.

I am not able to create new contacts. Once I click +Contact or + New Contact , "Loading" message appears at the top and nothing happens. I am using Safari and Chrome . Any ideas? I am currently using a free version of Zoho CRM . I have around 1500 contacts, is there a limit with the free version? Many thanks! Kristiina

Hello, Yesterday I went into my free Zoho account to add additional leads around 1,700 and when I clicked on the link to add leads the screen went blank and it just showed "loading" but the menu screen never came up? Using Firefox Today I tried, the same thing happened, so I tried Google Chrome and still the same problem. Is there any technical issues going on? I have read that under the "free" account you can have up to 5,000 leads. Please help, Al

Feature Request: Click To Call tool that will allow you to create a lead after call.
Currently you have to create a lead to be able to make a outbound call. Which is ok. What would be better is to see a number you want to call, click on it, and start a outbound call. After the call you can create a lead or dismiss the call. I have to use talkdesk integrated with zoho to accomplish this. I would rather just use twilio directly connected with Zoho. Build this please! =)
How do I "organize contact details" for ALL my contacts
I have read various topics and I know how to do this with the "gear" for a given contact but i want to do it for all of them at once as there are fields we simply do not need and that I want hidden such as "Attachments" or "Invited Events". I do not see this to be available for ALL records at once. Thanks

Maximum published components limit?
I have been testing publishing databases and just received this message: Maximum number of components allowed to publish for your account has been exceeded. Although I have generated several test databases and published them, I have deleted all but one of them at the moment, and it is the only published component. As far as I can tell this means that I currently have just one published component. Is there something I am missing? Do I need to de-authorize or unselect published components somewhere?

Invite email not being sent
Hi I am trying trial version of Zoho Support. I invited 2 person as agents using their email address that is set up on zoho mail and it does not look like it is getting to them. However when I send to their other email address (like gmail) they did receive the email. Anything I am missing?
Why are my forum posts now "awaiting moderation"?
I have made a lot of posts to try to help zoho overcome their many problems. Other users have commended some of these posts. As of today, it seems that my posts are now being censored by zoho! All users to the forums of course have their initial posts await moderation to assist to reduce spam in the forums. However, once that has been lifted there is not more awaiting moderation. However, this morning after posting I see it is 'awaiting moderation'. Is zoho now censoring my posts? Zoho, do you not
Issue with 'Umlauts' (special characters) when using plain text mails
Zoho mail does not handle umlauts, as they occur e.g. in the german language, properly, when using plain text mails. Example for umlauts are: ü, ö, ä. My mail settings: - I am using the default encoding schema UTF-8 for outgoing mails set in the mail settings - and I like plain text mails which does NOT mean, that only ASCII characters exist! ---------- The bug occurs in a reproducible way as follows in step no. 4: 1. create a new mail in plain text mode which has umlauts and save as a draft -> correct
Zoho calendar and Zoho Event integration - Look ups broken again..
Since yestrday, 18.5.16 the look up link between zoho mail and zoho crm events is not working again. This has happened before some months ago and the problem was zoho end and you did fix it. (You should have the records to refer to). The pop up panel to select the lead or contact... pops up and when you select with the hand, nothing happens!! The work around is adding event in zoho crm and it will pull through, but often calendar appontments are booked whilst in in zoho Calendar, with other activities
