How to unpublish a site from a user I have already deleted
Hi I own aniruth.in Previously I created a site and I published it, however I then deleted the user without unpublishing the site. I tried many things which included deleting my entire zoho account hoping the site would be deleted. However I have now rejoined zoho and the site is still there. I need to delete the old site and publish my current site as the main site. Can anyone please help me? Thanks!

Freeze 20 Rows At Top of Zoho Sheet
Hi there, I would like to freeze the top 20 rows. However, it only lets me freeze the top 5 rows. I feel like this is a very basic limitation. Is there anyway you can raise it to 25 or 30 rows? If not, can you provide a work around for me and my team. Thanks, Chad A.

"Mass Email" from Leads reached recipients' SPAM folder
I'm new to zoho CRM. I specifically upgraded zoho CRM to access the mass email function. Unfortunately, when I saw zero replies, I asked one of my recipients to check their inbox. They reported the email went into the SPAM folder. Please advise on what I can do as obviously this is really important. Run as service password
When trying to run as a service, the box for credentials pops up, but it will not take local admin credentials. I put in the local admin username and password and it does not elevate the session. It just says incorrect username/password. I have had this problem on both Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 machines. I know the credentials are correct because when I go on site and log in, the credentials work properly.

Hi, Every time I call a lead and they tell me to call back a certain day at a certain hour, I want to be able to set up a reminded that will pop up or something and the exact time telling me to call back that specific lead. Greetings, We have a problem with our domain. Everyone is complaining about getting these messages. It's very annoying, it's not classified as SPAM, but it got nothing but weird stuff. We cannot control it from our side, getting weird messages from your own email or with your email as sender is really suspicious. I don't really know how to solve that but it needs to be done from Zoho's side. Sometimes we even receive from addresses we didn't even create on our domain. Thank you. Ali B.

I attempted to send a mass marketing e-mail to 695 recipients yesterday. This does not exceed 2,000? Why has the account been blocked from sending outgoing mail? This is adversely affecting my business because I cannot communicate with my clients.
