Can't download attachments
I can download email attachments in zoho crm app in the messages area. I get unsupported file type error, however if I use my email client I can open the attachments. I'm trying to open pdf, jpeg, word, etc and cant. I thought the point of a crm is to have everything at your fingertips and to speed things up. I is sad that I have to keep jumping between different apps and taking longer to do a simple task. Any help would be great. Ryan

Can multiple vendors provide the same product to a client?
We are a training company so our "product" is the service (for example a workshop) provided by our trainers. The trainers are subcontractors so essentially they are the "vendors" moreso than employees. One client may order a day of workshops that 3 or 4 vendors will provide. I want to be able to create a report where I can see all the vendors that provided workshops to a given client. Likewise, I want to be able to create a report that shows each vendor and all the clients they have provided workshops
Push content to my website

Where is my email
Is there any issues with your email service? I know for a fact there there are two emails that were sent to my Zoho account and I have not received them. This email was sent about 8 hours ago and I have received emails previous from the specific senders but not this time. What is going on here? Will I ever receive these emails? Please Delete My Domain
I created a Zoho account and ended up going to another account. I associated the Domain and now no longer appears in my account associated with GMAIL. I do not know what happened, but I can not add more the same domain in my ZOHO account (Gmail). My Domain is: llispilates.com.br Necessary to remove this domain of ZOHO so I can assign it to my account again because this giving error that the domain already exists, but can not access the panel.

Get Tasklists, missing parameters
I am returning the project object that contains the links to the other project parts.. If I try and get tasklists from the link provided, it returns error: 6831, Input Parameter Missing. Hi I know I can connect to a remote client using a web browser on my Android device, but the quality is poor. Not receiving all email
I have mail forwarding set up in Gmail to forward to my Zoho mail, and at some point over the weekend I stopped receiving all of the emails. It is happening with multiple senders but the primary issue seems to be with my Weather Underground email forecast and Amazon receipts. I did try manually forwarding an email with this issue and never received it either in my Zoho mail. This is not happening with every email from certain senders, only some of them. I am at a loss as to what could cause this.
Create spam filter on missing user before the -at- sign?
I am getting bombarded with email where the "from" address is always simply @whateverEmail.com For example: @aqvwithoutj.top @azffromx.top etc. I'm also suspecting the .top domain is going to change. Any ideas how to create a filter on missing the username before the @ sign? Thanks!
CRM to Campaigns - not enough syncs at a time
I was told by the Zoho campaigns team that there is an issue with CRM that makes only 5 syncs possible to be active at a time (even if they are scheduled to each run on different days of the week). This is very limiting since often we need or want several concurrent lists that are easiest to segment as views in the CRM vs from a master list in Zoho Campaigns. When will you be allowing more active syncs per day or to have active more than 5 at once if they are not all triggering on the same day?
Used storage quota error on Ubuntu
There seems to be some errors concerning how much file space is used (Zoho Docs 1.5.3 /Linux). My desktop icon says "Used 4.9 GB of your quota". Zoho Docs web page "Storage details" says 3.45 GB used. My local Zoho Docs folder (including all synced folders) is ~0.8 GB (total!!). Deleting files / folders from local folders/web site, including files in the trash folder, does not change the size reported by the icon. How do I recover the missing 2 - 4 GB quota space?

Clearing Bounce List in Zoho Campaigns
We recently started experimenting with Zoho Campaigns, and we had a first campaign that went bad. We didn't realize we did not have an SPF record set up, so a lot of valid addresses got moved to the bounce list. Now that we have figured out the problem, we would like to start over. Is there any way to clear the bounce list so that emails will go through to the addresses that bounced when we didn't have an SPF record configure?

Record summary templates
It would be nice if we had the ability to save a record summary template and reuse it across the platform. Of course the fields will change in each form, but the general design and layout can save lots of time. Currently within one form you can copy templates, but what I'm suggesting is universal template design that can be used for any form. Maybe there is a possibility of doing this in Zoho to which I'm not aware?

developing a timesheet application
I looking at creating a timesheet application for my business, i need to be able to record hours each day and then get the timesheet to add up the hours and days for the week. Then against days when people are sick or on training i want to record a code against that day, i also then want to print the timesheet out for signature by the client i need the timesheet to calculate the hours and days, for example hours less than 4 equal 1/2 a day and then over 4 equal 1 day Any helps would be greatly received

Using Office 365... Mail/Outlook. Is it possible to include a link in the message body that can be clicked to take user to the topic, or at least forum, that is being watched? Also, the reply-to-post feature does not work in Office 365/Mail. Also need some CSS or formatting to fix button and text colors - but I guess this is also dependent on the user's theme.
