Using Office 365... Mail/Outlook. Is it possible to include a link in the message body that can be clicked to take user to the topic, or at least forum, that is being watched? Also, the reply-to-post feature does not work in Office 365/Mail. Also need some CSS or formatting to fix button and text colors - but I guess this is also dependent on the user's theme. ANTI-SPAM BLOCKING ALL SORTS OF NON-SPAM EMAILS
Several months ago zoho's anti-spam filter was blocking critical emails that I needed to receive. It kept blocking those emails even after I had specifically marked the addresses as "NOT-SPAM". Finally, I disabled the spam blocker altogether. NOW, once again numerous emails are being blocked that are not spam. I have used zoho as my primary email for at least the last six years, but it wasn't until recently I became confused with everything. Not Receiving Emails From Zoho (Invites, Password Resets etc.)
Hi We are not able to receive any Zoho originated emails to our ourdomain.com mailboxes. We have contacted our mail providers and they are not receiving any connection attempts from transmail.net hosts. Could you please trace the outgoing emails and check if there are any bounce-backs (Non Delivery Reports) coming back to Zoho. We are sending from accounts@ourdomain.com and have sent a few tests in the form of user invites and password resets. The emails were destined for tba@ourdomain.com and tba2@ourdomain.com.

Custom Fields Maximum Limit
Hi There, Recently CRM told me we'd reached our maximum limit of 20 integer fields in our account pages and wouldn't allow me to add any more. Since I have deleted numerous old integer fields that we do not need anymore but it is still saying we've reached our limit. In addition, when I try to edit an account or contact at the moment I am receiving the error message 'please select an active user'. why would this be? Could somebody offer any advice please? Account Disabled
The initial email address I registered was rosa@befearlessco.com. After I verified my domain and registered a hello@befearlessco.com additional email, the rosa@ account was DISABLED. Please unlock rosa@befearlessco.com as this is the primary address I need to use. Also, how can I change the super admin user assignment?
User Access Error in Documents
I have a user who has been having issues with accessing the documents section of a project. This user has had the issue multiple times. The fix previously was to delete her, then add her back. It seemed to fix the issue. This user is now an admin in the portal and is encountering the issue again. Because she is an admin, we can't delete her from the project. Any thoughts on how to fix this error?

Extremely long latency time
Hi Zoho, When I open a new page in Zoho its takes VERY long time to load (about 30 seconds!). This won't happen when I open the same link as a popup. Why is that? How can this be fixed? This also affects the time is takes the system to save changes in script. Thanks Ravid

UploadTool for copied database
hello guys, I copied a database from my zoho reports account using the web interface within all data (tables and reports). But now I am trying to upload data from my local database but it gives me an error: Server Exception The database is not found! Check if it exists. I have recently began getting error messages from zoho servers stating certain emails are being blocked. After presenting this problem with zoho support they suggested it as an IP reputation problem. I am a student at a Community college, and the college is one of the places that is being blocked. Does anyone have a suggestion/s? Apparently I have a neutral reputation.
Can't find the Find and Merge Function.
How do I get to the Find and Merge function? I'm in the Candidates Module. It says in Help to go to More Actions. I click on More Actions--The Find and Merge function isn't there. I have tried to use Deduplicate but it only uses three criteria and those particular criteria have zero effect on our system.
When will duplicate records be fixed when candidate has two attachments in application?
I still notice (confused and frustrated) why when a candidate applies there are two records created if they have 2 attachments in their email to me. For example if they have a cover letter attachment and a resume attachment it creates 2 records for this candidate. URL for universal search?
In a Deluge script, I'd like to fire off a search (using the master search at the top of the page) and pass it specific criteria. My hope was to add a custom action, to be shown in the menu for all rows on the report, so that selecting it will fire off the search and then let Zoho display the results as if someone had typed them at the top and hit enter.
