Has Zoho made this change to annoy me with date/time fields?
I have a custom module which has a Date Time field in it. Ever since I started using it, it was easy - I just typed in the time, such as 1540 and it would appear correctly as 15:40 Now, though, I cannot type in the time. I have to type in 15 then hit the tab key and then type 40. Then, annoyingly the pop-up time picker which is in half hour increments remains visible, blocking the fields below it. What have you done Zoho? You have made the Date Time field much more difficult to use.

A number of our placements are with clients that need contracted consultants for a specific period of time or project. Payment is by the hour or project. As facilitator we take a percentage. Payment between the parties is through our payment gateway. Does Zoho Recruit have the wherewithal to manage this process? If not, is there a solution within the Zoho suite or could someone recommend another platform?
Importing Contacts with Account
I just noticed my mass import of contacts converted all the company names to vendors. They are not. The companies for these contacts will all be clients. How can I mass convert Vendors to Clients? Also, why did CRM chose for me? Why did it not ask during the import process? Thanks, Joe

Hi, I looked on the forums and couldn't find an answer to this, so I hope you can help me. I have 4 separate domains that I have added to Zoho mail so I can deal with all of them in one place. I am able to recieve emails from all four domains, but I am not able to send emails from Zoho for three of these domains, only my original email that I established the service with. Zoho Recruit Support to busy to schedule a call with me as a paid member.
I have been told that Support is too busy to schedule a support call with me!! My issue was reported on Monday and today is Thursday. What support do you get as a paid member?????????? When you call their Indian and US Support numbers, you get a message saying they are busy. I've tried several times over the last few days so it's not even like I am not trying to contact them. Zoho Support gets worse as each day passes.

Can you convert a closed potential into an installed system
We sell capital equipment. Once the system is sold we close the potential. What we would like to be able to do is convert it into an installed system. All the associated contacts and history would copy across. Has anyone done this? It would be a module that behaves like the potentials module but is for installed systems.
CRM Search on Leads and Contacts
Can you make the Lead name or Contact name the first column on the left when displaying search results? The current search results display is very confusing for clients. We have to tell them to look to the far right column for the name. Company and Opportunity have the Company Name and Opportunity Name in the far left column, but Leads and Contacts show the Owner in the far left column.

Zoho, in the past week or so you have made an unannounced change to the HTML Editor in Zoho CRM for Quotes and Invoices. This change automatically strips out <style> tags and custom HTML attributes that are added in the custom HTML view every time you edit and save a Quote/Invoice template. External images are loaded in message despite setting 'Ask Me'
‘Load External Images’ is set to ‘Ask Me’ on the Settings tab. However, external images are being loaded, without my consent, in this one mail message from one specific sender.
