I cant send receive emails
I followed the steps to add the MX record to my godaddy email hosting system & I still cant receive any emails. Should I have changed nameservers in GoDaddy? I did not. I left them as they were.
Edit tabs not there in Account info

Notes and Attachments stuck on Loading
The attachments and notes under the "Potentials" tab (we've modified it to call it something else) for any entry that we have stays stuck on "Loading..." and we can't see the notes or attachments associated with that entry. Hello, I just started using an embeded iframe for my calendar and i've found that the 1st day of the month always lists as "no events" even though there are events in the calendar. Is this a known bug? Is there any fix I can use? Once the date passes the first of the month, everything seems fine again, but it is a real hassle for the end/beginning of each month. Purchase Order API delivery date field is not setting
Hi, I am currently using your Purchase Order API to automate creating PO in Zoho Books and I am not able to send the delivery date value successfully. Scenario: Populate PO request due_date field per PO API (due_date | string | [yyyy-mm-dd] |Delivery date of purchase order.) as "2016-05-06". I see this value is the request string to send over; however, when I open the PO, it does not have delivery date populated. What am I missing here ? Thanks, T

Can I map a dependency using 2 date fields?
Hi, I'm looking to map a dependency between 2 date fields - Closing date and Start date. So, if a Potential is closed on e.g. 31st January, I'd like to ensure that the only available Start date could be no earlier than 1st February. I know dependencies can be mapped between pick list items as a standard functionality, but it doesn't look like it can be done for date fields. Has anyone got a workaround? Many thanks, Chris

Microsoft Outlook Sync
Hi, I have Microsoft 10 and have installed the app for it to sync with Zoho. It installed and I finished the installation, however there is a small pop up where it seems its asking me to log in with a user name and password. It is not letting me sign in and freezes up. How far back should I be able to go in the Audit Log in Zoho? I have the option to use a calendar and select any date, however each time I run it the data seems restricted to the past 3 months. There is no documentation that I can find that states a limit. Keep getting the error "Outgoing Authentication Failure for xxx@gmail.com" every time I try to add a gmail "send mail as" account in Zoho. As far as I can tell, I have everything enabled correctly on Gmail. I've run through the list https://support.google.com/mail/answer/78775?hl=en&ref_topic=3397501 and everything should be working. automatically change lead owner
my website brings in leads for all of my employees. the lead comes in automatically in my name. the problem occurs when two (or more) sales people click on a brand new lead to claim it. There is nothing telling them it is already claimed. If each sales person were to edit the lead owner to themselves and save it only the last change would be in effect essentially letting the person who got there last claim it. what I would like is for the lead ownership to automatically change to the first sales

My zoho account appears to have been infected with a virus. It sends out numerous bogus emails, from which I receive many bounce-back messages. Consequently zoho has blocked both my outgoing and incoming emails and tagged my account as a "spammer."
