Hello again Zoho, Is there a way to synchronize the 'expenses' in zoho invoice with a form in zoho people? My company records expenses made for the office and employees in the expenses section of invoice. I would like to synchronize so that once I approve a payment, it records automatically in 'expenses'. Close trial CRM accounts, but retain email addresses
Hi, I have created an organisational CRM and want 2 of my users to join, but they are already listed as admins of their own trial CRM accounts. I understand that ZOHO uses a single sign on, but as these are established email addresses, I do not want to delete or change them. According to your documentation (https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/security/close-crm-account.html), an admin can delete their CRM account. As the option is not available, as per instructions, I assume this is no longer available.

Received the following message from Support - you would think they would want to help the customer!! I have been communicating with them on the issue and made it very clear what is activated and what the issue is. REPLY FROM ZOHO SUPPORT - Without you telling us which alert is not working we will not be able to check the issue. If the account user is not able to tell where the issue is then how a support person will be able to assist?

I have a template that I have used over and over for several months with a pdf attachment without any issues. Lately the pdf has been disappearing from the template. I reattach it, resave the template, test and retest, and then I come back to mail at a later time and the template is just gone.

Zoho Forms App not working on Android!
I raised this issue last week with your support team on the phone. The Zoho Forms App for Android (on the Play Store) is not working. When attempting to enter text it lag's horribly across 5 different devices. (Samsung S5, S6, S7, Nexus 5X & HTC one) When I say lag's horribly, I mean it takes around 20-30 seconds to enter one word. I type it in, then wait. and wait, and wait. Then it populates. This is not an issue for IOS, only Android.

I would like to show what a number means instead of the number itself. I have a survey with groups of questions. If all questions are answered 'Yes', then the answer for that group is 'Yes', otherwise the answer for that group is 'No'. Right now, each item has a score (No == 0, Yes == 1). I am taking the minimum of the score and placing that in the Color field in the pivot chart. The data is properly plotted on the chart, but the legend on the chart shows '0 and below' and 'above 0'. But I have encountered a problem on this spot: When this form is successfully submitted with an ID, I need to delete the record with that ID from a specific form. So far so good. But this form has subforms, so I need to manually delete their records too. CRM Calendar & Google App (calendar)
Hi, Prior to using CRM Calendar, we were using a shared Google Calendar. Our sales team wants CRM Calendar to update their iCal or Google Calendar--depending upon what device they are using. I have everyone's CRM Calendar (where we store our events) syncing to our shared Google Calendar. The 1-way syncing doesn't seem to be working properly. Any suggestions how I can get all users (owners of the events) to update and be visible to all on the Google Cal App? We are not seeing each others' events

I have the following code in the On Success section of the On Delete action in a form: openUrl("#View:AQ_Report?ParentID=3007035000000362036", "same window"); It doesn't work there but the same code in the On Success section of On Add does work. Is there some way I can open a report after a record is deleted? My use case is that when the last record that matches a particular filter is deleted, I'd like to take users to the same report with a different filter. Thanks!
Employee Shift Calendar with Breaks
I need to create a shift calendar with assigned breaks for my call center employees. My leadership team needs access to it as well to track who should be on phones, breaks, lunches. Ideally, it would have a reminder go off for break times. Lastly, I see where to set up a schedule but I run a call center and have some employees working 4 10's and others working 5 8's and then some part time team members. I need to be able to set up schedules by day of the week. Is all of this possible in Zoho People

Hello all, I am trying to create a pivot chart to display predicted versus actual savings based on a month or a timeframe. This chart would also be able to display based on one initiative, multiple or all. It seems that you have to have your data sorted in a particular fashion in order for pivot charts to work.
