Lost my product details
Since yesterday I have lost the product details from my inventory templates. At first I suspected it had to do with me editing my quates template, but the details are also missing from the sa;es order and invoice templates. To make this clear: In the template editor all is still present, but when I try to print preview or to pdf, the details do not show up. Jan

Sharing whole folder of documents with contacts?
Hello, I know when creating a campaign you can create a link to a document in your documents library, but can you create a link to a folder of documents? It would be great to provide our customers with a link to folder of our company user guides and brochures. Or are there any other modules connected to Zoho that allow you to do something like this? Hi, Some mail queue got automatically processed through some cron and got my sender address blocked. "Unable to connect SMTP server:smtpout.mail.zoho.com Reason:Authentication failed:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked" Please unblock the same. Also, 1 day has passed, so the limit should be revoked? I have cleaned up the mail queue now.

I have been regularly using my email and it has all of a sudden been labeled as "inactive." I cannot access it on the zoho website nor is it registering through my phone as it advises my credentials are not recognized and to follow up with the server. This is my business email. Help?

Outlook setup issues
Trying to setup my email address to work in Outlook. I could not get IMAP to work so I am trying POP. I can see new records on my laptop, but the same records are not available on the mobile app. Do I need to refresh the mobile app or other update?

We have a cname for our domain forwarded to zohosites.com. This works, however the browser URL changes back [sitename].zohosites.com and no longer shows our domain once user is redirected to the site. How do I fix this? Do you have an IP address instead of a domain to forward to?

I have been going back and forth with which app to use for email. Curious of other's preferences and why they like their respective application. When I signed on with Zoho, the collaboration features were of great interest to me. However, after digging into it, I realized that they are worthless for me since my primary email address isn't hosted by zoho (and can't be moved) and therefore the functionality will not work. Group Email
Hello I have a quick question, is there a way for me to create a group that'll i'll be sending emails to weekly and not display each member of the groups email in the process of emailing all of them at once? I'm not sure if that makes sense if so any help is appreciated
Group Email Replies
When setting up email groups, my understanding is that all members of the group won't see replies unless the group is cc'd. Why is this and is there a fix for it? Having a group where all members don't get all replies isn't very helpful. If the group is set up for general inquiries from the public, how will each group member know if an email has been responded to? CC'ing the group to make this work does not look very professional. Is there another option that can achieve this?
searchRecords() API method with CRM
It seems that I cannot use the searchRecords() API method with the Campaign field "Campaign Owner". This is what my criteria paramater looks like: &criteria=(Campaign Owner:owner name) I get this response: Error Code: 4832 Message: API call cannot be completed as the Criteria parameter contains unsupported fields Why can I not search over Campaign Name? It's a very relevant field to the campaign module (Campaign Module Fields). Is this a bug? Urgent help requested please
Connecting Invoices and Quotes
Is there anyway to connect an existing Invoice with the Quote it was converted from? I can think of work arounds that would involve multiple API calls to essentially search for the Quote based on certain Invoice fields, but it would save time and API calls to be able to succinctly retrieve a QUOTEID from a given invoice.
Organizing form
Hi Zoho community, I created a form for empleoyees managment and it has 48 fields. I would like to have this fields in smaller groups, like Basic Info, Education, Health Insurace, Social security, among others. is it possible to arrange them in tabs or something similar? I do not like how it looks like if I use subforms or having a very very long form to scroll up and down. is it possible? any idea or can someone refer me please where in the user guide should I read. Any help will be appreciated.

Cannot access search function for mail on mail.zoho.com
My search function seems to be disabled since yesterday, and is no longer allowing me to search for any keywords whatsoever. I am showing just one keyword below, however I cannot get any results with any search terms at all. Here are all the settings I am aware of to configure search parameters: What has changed? Why can't I access the search function on my email any more?

Exclude Weekends from KPIs?
Hi, How do I exclude weekends from KPIs? For example, I have a KPI for Calls made, however, we never have anyone working/making calls on the weekends so the charts for the KPIs dip down to 0 every weekend. I would prefer to just to see a smooth chart of the days when calls are being made, but I cannot find a setting for this. Thanks, Jim Patton

Is there a way to associate a point value to certain activities? For example 1st Call = 1 , 1st Appointment = 5 , Proposal Meting = 10. If this is the case then we would need a report that would show the activity by person for a date range, For example if the goal was to have 60 points per week a report could be pulled that showed the activity for the week.
Some emails are delayed at least 3 hours.
Email delays yet, again! Really? 3 hours on two of them. Can't believe we're paying for 17 accounts for such unreliable service. What's going on? So, I don't about you, but you either win a deal, or you don't win a deal. Right?! If the size of the deal is larger or smaller than expected when you close it, that's fine, that's normal. But when I create an 'amount' that the potential is worth and then enter the probability stage, of let's say 'Value Proposition' (40%), Zoho decides that the deal is then worth 40% of the amount?!
