Invoice adjustment showing up as customer credit balance - help?
I had a customer pay me in advance for a portion of a project based on an estimate. When I issued an invoice for the remainder, I entered that payment as an adjustment on the invoice, so that his pre-payments were reflected in the invoice total. He paid the remaining balance and I thought everything was fine. However, when I created a new invoice for some additional work, Zoho is now telling me this customer has a "credit balance" that, if I desire, I can apply to this invoice. This is not correct!

Mail rate exceed lmit
Hello, We have created an account to user support. We sell tickets for soccer games in Brazil, and today we have received a lot of emails about this game. I can't answer the clients because I receive the error "mail rate exceed limit'. With this limit, is not possible to my company to use Zoho as we receive tons of mails per day.

I recently had my email hacked. I have changed all my passwords and no more hacking emails are being sent, but now the legitimate emails that I want to send are not leaving my outbox. Paying thru Zoho
I just received an invoice from my supplier Simplewan in AZ and it has been impossible to pay neither by CC or paypal, Looks like there's a problem! We were unable to process the payment because the billing address of the card holder does not match with the address entered. Simplewan & Zoho say there's no problem, so why doesn't it work ... I find this very unflexible and unconvenient, zoho is not up to its promises I'm afraid, won't recommend it ...

Hi I want to be able to send out a mass mailing using a template from one of my secondary email addresses that I have set up as a POP3 account within Zoho CRM. Have BIG problems recieving mail
My gmail account which forwards email to zoho is now show zoho rejecting my email. I am finding big delays in receiving password resets or never receiving email. I see zoho reporting a policy error, but that is sooo useless. How about telling me how to resolve the issue. Hello ZOHO, I would like to edit the number and type of forms that show up on all my employees profile......for instance if I do not want 'leave tracker' to show OR if I want a form I created to show. Please how do I go about it? I created a form for all employees, but if I open a user, I won't see the form on their page. Add a item type column to the input form
It sure would be nice to define a type for each item on an invoice. IT can be difficult to account for items that are Products, Services, Reimbursable Expenses, or Various Fees. They all get mashed together at the end of the day and it is hard to seperate them at tax time. Thanks!

Pick List allowing values outside the options set during import
I setup a field with a pick list of Countries that our company covers. I tested it and tried importing a set of data where I set the values for that field beyond the options I set. I expected an error, however, it did not return an error and successfully imported the data still. What concerns me though is it still assigns the values as what I have imported, which is not in my pick list option. It would have been okay if it returned a null as a result of an error maybe, but that was not the case.

Slider element label text for final value wrapping incorrectly in tablet mode
I've noticed the slider text value for the extreme right value (highest value) is wrapping in tablet mode where as all other values (lowest/left) and center/mid remain in their correct positions. I believe this to be a bug. See image.
