Email delivery delay-sending and receiving
For the past two weeks I have had several critical issues with Zoho Mail: Incoming emails are delayed. I have been using an alternate email client and I will receive messages there, sometimes hours before they appear in my Zoho account. The incoming email pull isn't working. I have to refresh the window several times for messages to come in. I don't receive emails in the Mobile app unless I have refreshed and downloaded them on the Desktop app. I have Desktop notification Disabled but it has turned

Zoho CRM Android App Error in Tasks
I created a filter that removes tasks that have a status of "Completed". It work perfectly in the desktop version, on the mobile version it shows the check box next to the task item completed check but it still shows up on the screen. It should be filtering out completed task according to the filter that i created. Please fix this error asap. thanks!
Cannot receive email although MX records were added

Hi There, We have created an autoresponder series which was originally set up so that contacts signed into the 'test mailing list'. The idea is that captured names would go through receiving 8 autoresponders spaced over 6 months or so. Now that it is ready, I need to change this that they go into a list titled 'new leads 2016'. Hi, I'm looking for a way to view all messages (sent and received) for a specific email message in one place in Zoho CRM's Email tab. Is there a way to create a Candidate by importing a resume from a Candidate Application web form? Basically, can we create a web form that just requires a resume. Once a candidate attaches a resume and hits Submit, the resume is imported and the candidate is created.
Banking details appearing over logo!
So we've been using Zoho Invoice, no major issues until the last couple of days. Suddenly our banking details are appearing over the top of our company logo up the top left of the page!!!! I've tried sorting this out with your "live chat", however no one has come back to me and your rep could see this is an error. Why does this take so long for you to sort out? We are not invoicing customers now until you fix this as it looks very unprofessional.

hi! I have noticed an unwanted behavior with Zoho Assist unattended mode. if a computer is started while it is not connected to the internet, Zoho Assist will not go online once the connection is on. service restart fixes the problem, but it is not a solution. I suspect this can be quickly fixed, because agent does reconnect, if it was online and the connection goes down for some time. seems that only the service startup while offline creates a problem. I hope you got my point. thanx!

Where is the support portal for logging tickets?
Hey there, Can someone tell me why there is no support portal for Zoho CRM users anymore? I know they have the live chat - bur frequently nobody answers, or they don't have the answer.
