zoho addin appearing in my tab bar at the top of office
Hi I use to have my zoho add in at the top of my tab bar in microsoft outlook, but for some reason this has now disappeared and now appears underneath every email. When the zoho add in was at the top i was able to add any emails relating to emails directly into zoho - now I can't Has anyone else had the same issue How do I fix it so I can automatically add in emails to my leads without hand writing details

During my trial phase i've set up two Zoho accounts. One via @networkpathway, my work email - used this one to test Mail only, which i'm not continueing to use One via @gmail, my personal email - this one contains all the CRM data I've used the CRM lots via the Gmail account and want to go to the paid version. Mass email contacts with accounts related lists?
I need to send a mass email to certain contacts based on criteria that are under their respective Accounts. Is there a way to get the criteria to populate from Accounts to Contacts to that I can sort by those fields? For example, my current customers are in Accounts and their business owners are in Contacts. I need to be able to email only certain customers, so I would create a view in Accounts to sort out those particular customers. How can I transer that to Contacts since I can't email from Accounts?

I have following problems with domain hosted with zoho - first one of mine usernames stop connecting to zoho from my phone/smtp clients - "user name or password is wrong" but there is no changes made by me. Few minutes later all my users was rejected by IMAP/SMTP servers of zoho with same error. So is this ZOHO issue? This is secondary big issue here for 6 months since I use zoho to host my mails.
CRM account access blocked after upgrading subscription
Hi, I have just upgraded my account from the free edition to the professional edition and immediately after submitting my card details I get the following message whenever I try to access the CRM section: Sorry! Not Receiving Email
I did find a topic with my exact problem but the solution was we've emailed you. Not very helpful for someone like myself so I've had start yet another 'my emails aren't working' thread. I've followed all the steps but when I get to the mxtoolbox stage it comes up with a warning that my 'Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner'. I'm pretty much learning as I go here so I have no idea what this means and any test emails I send to son't arrive in my inbox and come back with a failed delivery response.

CNAME Verification
I added the appropriate CNAME record and verified my domain several hours ago. I have confirmed that the CNAME record is working properly by browsing to zbxxxxxxxx.mydomain.com which correctly takes me to the “Welcome to Zoho Mail!” page. Hello I have a question. Is free domain account, use the same ip address as mailbox commercial? I mean for a last widespread situations blocking your ip on spam lists and lack the ability to send e-mails. You have only one IP address for all e-mail users zoho? At the moment you can not work normally because the majority of the mail is rejected. If after upgrading to the paid version box "Standard 10GB" the situation is identical to your website it is frivolous. Regards
