Mail box not clearing up
Hi, My mailbox girish.nair@travelspends.com, had exceeded the size limit, and the entire day today we spent on cleaning up emails, but still it shows 120% used, though folder wise breakup does not show more than 3 GB. Please assist.
Two companies one project account
Here's a scenario I'm trying to figure out a solution to: I have a design company and I work on a ton of projects for another design company. We have our own projects and a lot we do together. Get original copy of paid invoice
I want to get a copy of an invoice for which I have already recorded payment. Currently, if i just download the pdf, the invoice total will be zero. I want a copy of the original state invoice, with the correct total and without the payment. Is the only way to do this to delete the payment, export, and then add it back?

Currently, we can fetch stage history of each potential by using "getRelatedRecords" methods, but it quickly consumed our api request limit and it about to reach maximum limit in just a single run. Quick capture of a contact's "contact" info
As an ACT user, I could pull up a contact, click my cursor into the contact's name field, then click CTL-C on my keyboard, the Windows shortcut for "Copy." This action copied the name, title, company, address line 1, address line 2, City, ST, Zip, Phone, Mobile, and email address to the Windows clipboard. All those fields at one time with just the one CTL-C click. I could paste this set of info into any document, for example an email to someone asking them to get in touch with my contact. Sooo easy!

Scripted Record summary
We are currently using a form that contain many customisable products. The user customer can choose to use one or many of these. This was simple to solve in the form by hiding unused products, however when the customer has only chosen one product in the form the record summary still displays all of the options. Custom actions - passing functions in criteria
Under Custom actions of Report, I am trying to add a criteria as shown in the image. For some reason it is not working. I am not able to pass ID as argument to the function - isValid. Any work around to pass the ID or the entire record as the argument ? Criteria (image attached) ID equals thisapp.wf.isValid(ID)
Can automated update of a field trigger another rule?
..if the rules are for different modules? For example, when a task is completed the rule will tick a box in a potential card and it works. However, the other rule should be triggered by this update and send an email to the customer and it does not work. If I manually update the field, the rule is triggered but not if the other rule has updated the field. What am I missing here?

Help is not helpful! Emails won't send to my customers
I have been having issues for several days - I able to send emails to my customers without having a return demon or error report - the problem is they're not receiving them! Having gone through the help suggestions online - the information it gives you is useless. It told me to amend some details in the email forwarding imap/pop tab in settings but when i click on it you can't actually change anything! WHY???????????????????????????????????????????????????

I was using Zoho Mail this morning and it became unresponsive around 7:15 EST. Zoho CRM is not responding either. I certainly hope they aren't updating the system on a Monday morning...!
All email to gulftel being bounced with error 550
Hello Firstly I have sent 2 messages to support using the contact form and I have had no acknowledgement. From this morning all my personal mail to gulftel.com is being bounced and from reading the message from mailer-daemon@mail.zoho.com gives error code 550 on reading the spamhause link it is mentioning PayPal and that does not make sense as I don't have a PayPal account. What has made me most annoyed is Zoho has not acknowledged my emails which I marked 'critical'. I pay Zoho to host my domain

Vat Calculation on Invoice incorrect
Hi, I created an invoice whereby the totals all add up correctly but when the VAT is calculated at the bottom of the invoice it is being calculated at an incorrect rate. This is only happening when I invoice a particular range of products. I have checked and when the items were set up they were set up with a VAT rate of 14% but on the invoice the VAT is being charged at just over 12%. Any ideas what might be happening here??
Customer Portal Sharing Data
I have created a developer profile and created a simple app, and customer portal. I have added a record to the app. I have then created a customer login to use/test the app and added some records. The problem is that both profiles see all the records. If I have 2 customers, they should only be able to see their own records, I can't have a system where they both see each others records. Is this possible? Surely it is a setting somewhere, but I cannot find anything in roles/permissions etc.

Hello - As the title describes, I am trying to determine if I can filter an embedded table or dashboard element on a user basis, by applying the zoho.loginuser system variable. I would like to create an embedded table or dashboard element that filters data based upon the user that is currently logged into Zoho CRM/Reports. But - I cannot seem to apply (column = zoho.loginuser) when applying Filter Criteria. Any pointers as to how I can make this work?

Only exporting to google task, why not 2 way sync?
We export our tasks to Google calendar, We then in the google calendar or our mobile, add a comments and close the task, but Zoho does not update this! I also tried to change the due date in calendar, and zoho still has the old date I the Zoho settings, there is written; You can export tasks from Zoho CRM to Google Tasks. Is on only export the task. I think that i's important that an exportet task can be updated, and that updated are changes also in Zoho, like the normal 2 Way sync.
