Import into Contacts from XLS
I have been trying to import into CONTACTS from an XLSX file. It keeps failing saying I have over 5000 rows!!!!!!! How do you indicate the number of rows to the Import engine? BTW I changed it to a CSV, and it said I had over 20,000 records. AND I tried to use the MIGRATE function, this "worked" but said I had Total records in file65469!. There was only ONE row with data. And it skipped that because I had the Account Name wrong.
File should not contain more than 39 rows
I tried to import some leads in excel format. First I was able to upload, then I received an error 'File should not contain more than 135 rows', so I reduced the rows. But then, I received another error 'File should not contain more than 39 rows'. I tried reducing the rows even to 20 but still get the same message. Tried making a new file, logging out of zoho but still the same result. HELP

Deleting scripts
Hello - I am working with writing scripts for field actions on a form. I wrote some simple scripts to cause an alert box to appear, etc. when a field on the form was "user input". However, now I cannot delete the script. I go into the free form script and delete the lines, but, when I access the form and change the field, Zoho puts up an "Error message" that it cannot execute the user script. Yet - there is nothing in the script I can see? I am sure this is simple to fix, I just cannot find out
Associate a Zoho project with an Account
Hello, I used to be able to associate a Zoho Project to a CRM Account or Potential without having to select a client user. Has this functionality changed ? I want to be able to associate an existing Zoho Project to a CRM record but not necessarily with a client user. Is this possible and if so how? The usual way (i.e. deselect client user) and associate the project with only CRM users does not appear to work right now. Thanks,
Why is creator adding rows in a subform when it opens a form?
Hi, when I open up a form Zoho creator adds records to all the subforms, triggering all the add row scripts and giving me errors because they calculate off fields that haven't been entered yet. Why is it doing this - I don't want rows already created. How do I stop it? Thanks

Hi, I have got some great help in learning how to create a task in crm from creator but I don't want to have to go back to you guys every time I want to slightly alter my map or create in a different CRM module. Where can I find a comprehensive list of CRM fields and their deluge names? The list that is in the setup section of Zoho CRM does not seem to be complete and does not include the deluge names. Hi All, We know that via Customer Portal, we restrict who sees what from the main-app. This is good, However, when it comes to reporting (HTML-page-custom-reports-kind), there will be links to other forms / reports / pages within the zc app, (which makes sense as a whole) However, since those (forms / reports / pages) are not explicity shared to the CPortal urser he has not access to them .. this is good too. It has to be this way. However, what comes next is what troubles be a bit from UI perspective.

How do I make a field wider? I need a double width description field in one of my modules but only seem to be able to create a single width field.
Final Invoice Layout
When creating an invoice, the user can choose to invoice unbilled expenses. I do that and all is fine EXCEPT that invoices come on the invoice listed first. I would rather have my time and tasks first and invoices at the bottom. I do not understand this. Is there a way to do this? Zoho tells me there is not, but surely I am not the only user that would like expenses at the bottom of the invoice and my time at the top.

View layout as a different category of user
I'm the administrator for Zoho CRM at my organization, and there are a number of fields I don't show to some categories of users, but when I'm adjusting page layouts, it would be helpful to be able to toggle somehow to "See this page as a 'Staff User'" or as a Manager or whatever future category I set up. Is this possible in some way I'm not seeing?

Insufficient Privileges
I am the admin for my Zoho CRM account. Starting a few days ago, upon clicking on events I often receive a pop-up message that I have "insufficient privileges" to view MY event, and I am the administrator. What is going on and why is no one else complaining about this in the forum?

Zoho IP addresses on multiple blacklists
74.201.84.154 and 74.201.84.163, both Zoho email IP addresses, have been blacklisted by multiple Spam watchlists (SORBS, Spamhaus, and Protected Sky). Customer Portal and Pivot Charts
(Note: I am new to Zoho Creator) I am creating an application using the "Customer Portal". The data shown to the customer is limited to their own data. This is working for all Reports except when I try to make a Pivot Chart. On the Pivot Chart I am only able to add a Filter "ZRCriteria_Added_User". When I do this is shows all the Customers data for everyone (and the dropdown list of all users). Is there a way that the data shown is automatically limited to the logged in customer?

Need help in set up
I created an user, assigned "Team Member" role with no managerial powers. I also disabled "Compliances" from "Forms and Tabs" > "Form Customisation". However when the user logs in, he sees a tab named "My Approval" under the "Approval" tab. Ideally, since he is just an user he should not be getting any approval requests, hence this tab should not be visible. What am I missing? Thanks Shan
Reports in CRM just shows amounts in base currency
The potentials reports only show amount fields in the base currency.. in my case (MXN) ... but I need them to show in the currency they were created in the system (USD)... If they appear in the View screens correctly why cant they print out the same in reports??? How can this be a multi-currency system if I cant print in a different currency??
