Need help in set up
I created an user, assigned "Team Member" role with no managerial powers. I also disabled "Compliances" from "Forms and Tabs" > "Form Customisation". However when the user logs in, he sees a tab named "My Approval" under the "Approval" tab. Ideally, since he is just an user he should not be getting any approval requests, hence this tab should not be visible. What am I missing? Thanks Shan
Reports in CRM just shows amounts in base currency
The potentials reports only show amount fields in the base currency.. in my case (MXN) ... but I need them to show in the currency they were created in the system (USD)... If they appear in the View screens correctly why cant they print out the same in reports??? How can this be a multi-currency system if I cant print in a different currency??

How to start a workflow when a candidate profile gets assigned to a job?
I would like to start a workflow when a candidate record gets assigned to a job description, then do some testing and filtering, then based on what job it was assigned to, send an e-mail in which I have access to the candidate data as well as to the job data? While we are at it, I like to filter based on information in the attached resume, not just the skills field? i.e. automatically send an e-mail with a job specific test to all candidates that apply for Job with jobID == 22, with "WebLogic"

Zoho CRM Documents
Hi, I'm using Zoho CRM and the documents tab for storing all documents. I create a folder in documents relating to the potential I have logged. Within the potential itself, under the attachments section I used to be able to select attachments from Documents or Desktop but for some reason the Documents option has disappeared and I can only attach from the desktop. Email forwarding has stopped working
My email account is set up to automatically forward to another account. I set this up and verified it two years and it used to work ok. Now I have discovered that it has stopped working. To test it I added and verified another email address. But when I mail to the zohomail address nothing is being forwarded anywhere. None of the mails are bouncing back with errors either. I have attached a screenshot showing the email forwards that I have set up. Can anyone help

POP Access Being Blocked?
First, this morning when I opened Windows Live Mail on my computer, Zoho had downloaded ALL my inbox twice more. Second, I just logged in to Zoho mail online and there is a red message across top that says Your POP Access Has Been Blocked, Please Click Here to Unblock.... What is going on? Was my account hacked? Why was my POP blocked and now I am afraid to unblock it as it seems ot be downloading multiple copies of my inbox to my Live Mail on my computer. How can I get help with this?

Spam is killing me
Spam is consuming about 80% of my incoming email volume. I mark it as spam but it keeps returning. I have looked at the white list and blacklisted and all are empty I have never added any to either so that is not what has changed. It seems this started happening in the past month about the time of the Zoho upgrade. I never had this amount of spam show up in my inbox . I have a website through Weebly and a blog through Blogger. Subscribers are managed through Feedburner. My e-mail is through Zoho. I'm trying to figure out how to set up Zoho CRM so that when someone subscribes through Feedburner, the contacts go directly to CRM. This way Feedburner sends out my blog posts as I publish but I could also send out a separate e-mail to subscribers through CRM. Does anyone have any suggestions? Remove hotel reservation in meeting page
Hi ! I am new at Zoho so maybe I have done something wrong. I am a paying user. Yet I recieve push ads to book hotels whenever I set a meeting in Zoho Events. The problem is, I did not find how to disable this service. I think it is absolutely not normal that I have to receive ads when I already pay a monthly subscription. Moreover, I am concerned about the privacy of my data. If tripadvisor can access the addresses at which I organize meetings my data is probably not safe with Zoho. Please explain

Duplicate contacts using Outlook Sync
When we use Outlook Sync add-in and two users have the same contact, Zoho creates duplicate contacts one for each user even though it is the same contact. Is there a setting or a way to prevent this where we only have one primary contact in Zoho assigned to one owner even though individual users may have that contact in their outlook?
Percentage Formula - customer field
Hi I am trying to create a customer formula field. We want to input a sales price of £500. If the Lead Type is 'Self Gen' we want the formula field to work out 60% of £500 i.e. £300.
